Holwarth, Miguel, and Luis were super friendly, professional, and patient! They arrived early and waited when we didn’t answer the phone. They moved our old fridge out carefully without marking the floors or walls. They made sure we were happy with our new fridge before leaving and they did it all with a smile and jokes.

I have to say!! I don’t write reviews but I’m making an exception because I had the best purchase experience at the Howard’s outlet store.

Joe, at the Pico Rivera Howard's helped us find a refrigerator. He was friendly, answered our questions and price matched the refrigerator we wanted. Delivery the next day was earlier than the 3 hour window we were given, which was great. The 2 men who delivered were professional and efficient. We'd recommend Howard's to anyone

Had my new mattress delivered on Sunday by Jose & another delivery person. They were great. Very respectful & even asked to wash their hands before touching my mattress so it wouldn't get dirty. Very thoughtful.. Awesome experience overall even from the patient salesperson Bob at the store. Definitely will be referring & buying new purchases from here from now on. Thank you so much.

We bought a kitchen Aid dishwasher.
Ruby Grajeda was the Best Sales Rep. She was patient and kind with me being so undecisive on which dishwasher I wanted. She checked all models for a white dishwasher that did not have to be a special order. Thank You Ruby so much for kindness, patience and most of all your smile.
The KitchenAid dishwasher so far is Fantastic.

First time ever at Howard's!!! Just bought my first refrigerator.

5 STARS for the delivery guys! They went above and beyond to check the model# with the receipt, measured all areas for clearance to ensure the refrigerator fits, and checked for damages.

Store Staff needs more training with their new system.

Israel, the installation manager was incredible. His installation was fast and professional. He arrived in the time frame and also showed us features on the appliance we didn’t know. The company has great selections and their installation and removal of the old appliance is great.

Howard’s is always so excellent. They have the best delivery and install team. They always are super professional during the process. Rudy always helps us get the packages we need for our properties. He is so helpful and kind! We love Howard’s!

I am not one to choose the delivery option, mainly because I just don’t really feel comfortable having people in my house when I’m alone. However, I had my stove delivered by Abel & Oscar last week and they were absolutely amazing. So much so that I’m taking my time to give them a very much deserved review. They made my daughter and I feel so comfortable in our home and were extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with the delivery process. These two are the best! Thank you, guys! And another shout out to Andrew at the Pico location. Thank you for your patience and GREAT customer service! You made the experience less stressful with the back and forth, wanting to make the best decision.

Cameron great service! He was patience with us, we purchased our GE Cafe Refrigerator which they hardly carry in there store. We just had our washer and dryer delivered today. First off our sales person - Vincent, at Howard’s In Westminster was very professional and informative. Vincent really helped us with our selection.

The delivery team of Tino and Willian were also very professional and very speedy in getting our items installed. We felt that they then took their time in making sure everything was hooked up correctly and that there were no problems.

I would buy again from Howard’s.

Alex and Luis were amazing! They skillfully navigated our narrow entry way with such grace I felt like I was watching a ballet. I was very impressed with them and the service they provided. 6 stars!
