AT&T Store

This store is one of the better served stores in the Bay Area i had a mix up issue from a store in another location and they fixed it right away ! Cynthia took her time and patiently navigated through things really smooth and made sure we left the store satisfied and ready to use our new phones ! I’m glad to have great customer service by her because it just shows how a person can put themselves in your shoes and help you get things back on track with the same spirit showing us that just as much as it matter to us to

Ever since I started my brand new plan here switching to a different company the staff have been great especially Jess and Oscar and Oscar. I feel very welcome and I live very satisfied thank you to them I am very faithful customer and cannot complain about anything that has to do with the company so far God bless and happy holidays.

Just want to give shout-outs to Oscar at AT&T in richmond. He was such a wonderful help I was here with him for 4 hours on Wednesday we wasn't able to complete the service but today was we were able to get everything taken care of. I will be back and I want to make sure that Oscar gets all the credit for helping me with this project.

Demetrio was an amazing sales representative he answered all my questions and concerns he even went the extra mile to help me set up MyAtt app and I really appreciate him doing that for me. One of the best AT&T stores I have been in. Jess was helping me for something’s that didn’t even involve AT&T services and I still got helped. Another rep (Oscar) helped me finish with my issue, so so so satisfied. I have services with AT&T but the fact that I didn’t come in for my AT&T service issue and still got helped was appreciated so much

I was attended by a handsome young man by the name of Oscar. Even though I only came in to purchase accessories he greeted me with a warm hello answered any questions that I had about my iPhone and even made wonderful recommendations about purchasing a speaker for when I go out for walks. I highly recommend Oscar for an awesome AT&T experience! Keep up the good work young man!!!

Emily was the best! I had a very unique and challenging experience with the iPhone 14pro and it’s new e-sim situation. She helped me out and has great problem solving skills. Thanks so much Emily! Definitely coming back to this store (and her) for anything else that may pop up!

I needed help on restoring an older phone for use on traveling outside country and Juan C. store team member helped me with this task. He is very knowledgeable and patience with customer’s need. I noticed this while I was waiting for my turn with him, on another customer. He was able to resolve her problem as well. Thank you Juan.👍👍

My first visit that afternoon the service was excellent as the team went to work to assist me with an urgent situation. I was unable to stay and finish my transaction due to my limited time. When i returned later that evening, I was fortunate to conclude my business with Julia, who was very professional and genuine in her effort to help. She asked quesrions that help me to see she really wanted to understand my personal needs and went to work offering various until I was satified. She is an excellent manager and awesome representative of the AT&T brand. I would come back for her service. Thanks Julia!

Oscar was very good, very helping and helped me transfer my information even tho the internet in his store was slow due to all the demos that were plugged in with the same Wi-Fi. He offered me other services and ended up adding another line for only $5 more. I definitely will be coming back to the Richmond AT&T.

I was served the second I open the door, and Maria was amazing. She made it super simple and had great suggestions. Doing everything she could for me to make things more convenient, installing my screen protector and case, as well as a grip/stand that I bought for the phone. She answered every question I asked and never failed to multitask, listening well and expressing herself well. And she didn’t waste words or anyone’s time.
