Stewart's Shops

The manager is the best of the best. He is a staple and has really made this place greater than I ever thought it could be. Another dude who works a lot during the day is cool too. The girl at night who loves wrestling is pretty darn cool too. I do miss John but I heard he is still with the company, so that's awesome! Keep up the great stuff!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are funny and awesome.

Can't speak to the inside of the store, but they had gas and we filled up the tank. No waiting, plenty of pumps open, easy in & out.

Always have a great experience here. The two older ladies in the morning treat me the best . At night they always know what I want when I come there.

It's a decent Stewart's. Wish the prices of gas were lower though.

I love the store, however the hours posted here are wrong. I checked hours before driving here at 11 pm..says open til midnight...they close at 11

This Stewart’s is sooooo bad. About half the members of the staff I’ve encountered are unfriendly and/or incompetent. I order something a specific way and they do the complete opposite. How hard is it to make a milkshake or a sandwich? It’s not. I‘ve worked at Stewart’s. This store sucks! Stay away.

Tried to purchase a 12-pack of light beer here tonight. Without needing to be asked, I handed over my valid NYS driver's license showing that I'm 27. The associate behind the counter looks me up-and-down, hems and haws, and then claims the person on the ID isn't me. I asked him if he was serious, as I'd never had a problem at this or any other Stewart's or vendor locally, and his response was, "I'm serious about protecting my job." Never bothered trying to scan it. I could have substantiated my identity with 5-6 other documents in my wallet (including a NYS employee ID badge with the exact same picture), but I wasn't given that option. And honestly, I wouldn't have entertained it. Not going to beg for a 12-pack of Labatt. An older employee, who I presume was the manager, stood by silently in approval as I walked out. I drove down the street to the Stewart's on Rt-9 where my ID was scanned and I had no problems.

I moved into the area just down the street a couple of months ago and have spent several hundred dollars in gas and other items here, but I promise, not a dime more. I'll try to avoid the one on Rt-9 too. Plenty of other local places for gas, sundries, or yes, even beer after work..

2/20/2020. 7:45 am. Worst experience ever at a Stewarts shop. One line excessively long. One counter worker. Second came out and behind hand selecting who she’d help next while I was standing directly in front of her The old women counter staff told me I’d have to wait and began engage me in confrontational way refusing to ring up my purchase. After more then 40 years Using stewarts I can say this is my last time patronizing the locally owned store. I’ll stick to speedway or another store from now on. Poor customer service. Poorly managed. Poor attitudes.

Worst Stewarts I have ever been to. Customer service does not exist. Never any coffee in pots or containers. 5 out 7 pots were empty. Never going back. Avoid this place

I just called the store to find out the weight and price of firewood, the woman asked me where I was calling from (what's that got to do with my question?) and the woman in the background yelled out no we don't have time for that. Very rude people!

I came to Stewart’s and spent about 10-15 dollars and the employees were rude and didn’t bother with any customer service I still smiled and greeted them before leaving than I walked outside and was talking on the phone in my truck for around 25-30 mins in the parking lot and the police showed and I happened to find out the staff called the police on me for no reason and it was ridiculous that they would do that when I didn’t do anything or was disturbing anyone I was just doing my work and this felt like racist behavior so this will definitely be the last time I go to this Stewart’s and make sure to let all my friends know to avoid this place

The two older ladies who work in the early mornings are extremely unpleasant, I've never had an enjoyable experience buying breakfast here before work, I will drive out of my way to try to avoid this particular Stewart's in the future.
