I come here frequently and am always met with great people! I am surprised as this isn’t the normal for Walmarts I’ve been to prior! However I want to just give a shout out to the bakery department! I ordered a cake yesterday last minute for a baby shower today! The bakery did an outstanding job at making this cake! I will definitely be a repeat customer in this regard!!

I was desperate to get my oil changed for a trip but I had to work late. I called the auto dept at another store and they said “sorry too late”, I called this auto dept and they said “How quick can you get here?” and I said “10 minutes”. She agreed. Once I was there, one got the car pulled around and one started paperwork. It was finished in 20 minutes, plus the manager (on duty on just period not sure - VJ) said a plug was going out and she just replaced it for me. I had purchased windshield wipers as well, and they offered to put them on for me before I left. I received the best service possible from VJ and Amanda and the tech on duty. I’m grateful!

The store was straighter that I've ever seen. Of course its year end and I'm sure its for inventory. Nice people work here.
Got some clothes, ice cream and the dogs got doggie ice cream and they loved it so much. They even shared a cup with the kitties.

The staff was really kind throughout the store. I was having a medical episode and they were concerned but not intrusive. Thank you again to the employee who brought me a paper towel!

No matter what, you can always find what your looking for or a substitute. Workers are kind and friendly. Self checkout is a positive thing for fast checkout.

I was having one of those days and my toddler was being very "toddler-like" this particular day and I inadvertently missed scanning his grapes bc he laid his coat over top of them, so I didn't see them. I went through the checkout process and proceeded to the arcade area. In exchange for his patience and good behavior while I run errands and take care of some items on the to-do list, he gets to stop into the arcade area. He probably shouldn't have gotten to go today, but I was honestly not up for that fight on this day. The lovely greeter lady asked to see my receipt. Still clueless, I handed it to her and was attempting to keep my son from diving out of the cart to get to the arcade area. She informed me very discreetly that I missed the grapes when checking out. I was mortified and am sure I turned every shade of red in the book. She told me to just go back and pay for them, things happen, and we all make mistakes.. I thanked her and picked up my son, who is now screaming and starting to cry about his impending arcade trip. I turned around to see the line for self checkout extremely long. I thought oh this is going to be fun...I get to stand here, about to cry, red from embarrassment because I've inadvertently attempted to steal grapes from Walmart AND I now have a screaming 2 year old thrashing in my arms and acting like complete nut. Now I get to go win the not so popularity contest while everyone else in line gets to be privey to this debaucle while I wait to pay for my stolen grapes. I dont know if Walmart has a policy on this, but the register clerk who was working offered to take me on another register. I sighed a huge sigh of relief and thanked her, as I'm sure everyone else in line did as well, because my son was in a full-blown temper tantrum at this point. I'm almost purple from embarrassment. Between my son's tantrum and the stolen grapes, I wanted to crawl under a rock. The clerk was so nice and polite. It was obvious today was wearing on me. She looked at me, saying reassuringly, "They all act like this at that age. If your kid hasn't had a meltdown in walmart, then you don't get out enough." I laughed and almost started to cry at the same time. I needed to hear something like that at that moment, and a complete stranger made my day. Your employee did that, so kudos to you and kudos to your staff for caring and taking the extra steps to give great customer service with a genuine smile. She could have continued on with her shift as she was and not have taken the extra steps and wouldn't have done a thing wrong, but she saw someone who clearly was distrssed and took it upon herself to help. She made others' shopping experience more enjoyable because they didn't have to witness a meltdown from both a 2 year old and his mom and provided kindness to me personally. This is the difference between a good and a great employee.
I didn't get her name, and I will look for her when i return on my next trip to walmart.

But to the greeter, thank you for your understanding and your discretion to my mistake. You made an embarrassing experience not so embarrassing. To the young lady at the checkout, thank you for being you and recognizing and taking the initiative to help another human being. Also, thank you to the people in line that day who allowed me to cut the line without so much as a snicker, so I could pay for the grapes quickly and go. Walmart, you have great employees, and because of that, you have a lifelong customer in me.

The self-checkout at Walmart repeatedly shuts down on me, requiring a store clerk to verify my items. This has occurred a total of nine times over the past two months, and it's embarrassing. If it happens again, I will have to stop shopping at Walmart. Interestingly, I've never been accused of any wrongdoing. I wonder if others are experiencing this issue as well?

Had a great experience at the Auto Center! The manager, Heather, was so friendly and helpful. Bought a new tire about 10 days ago and the tire popped within that time frame. Took the tire back and was told that we didn't purchase the warranty which we were not aware of and that there was no coverage. I would have thought that was something that came with it within a certain time frame. Heather was great! Spoke to her, explained the situation and she was very understanding and was able to help us. You can buy a tire almost anywhere but it's great customer service that will keep people coming back. Thank you Heather and Walmart!

Jada was super helpful yesterday!! I was in a rush to the restroom and asked her to keep an eye on my things. Not only did she oblige, when I returned to the self-checkout she had already scanned my items. All I had to do was pay! Something so small to some was a HUGE gesture in my eyes. Thanks for being so kind, Jada!

It is now possible to enter Walmart and pick an item or two. Walk to the self-checkout (they said I can't run anymore) pay for the item(s) and exit the store in under 8 minutes. Hard to fathom I know but true all the same. Y'all have a great day, and if work at Walmart....... thank you, you're doing a great job!
