Apple Sherman Oaks

I'd never been to an Apple Store before visiting this one, and they've truly set the bar. Everything is organized, and the folks here are all super nice. I've picked up items and have been in and out in less than 10 mins, as well as gotten awesome help from the Genius Bar. Shout outs specifically to Kam at the Genius Bar and Tyla for her help in getting me checked out and on my way!

Friendly reps. Customers there are ‘special’. I would go back since reps there are nice. But make a reservation before you go; I usually do not like going into stores because customers are too special for me. Most people are oblivious to other humans around. Store is next to bloomies.

Good service, good place, good products, although we know overall who is superior. Samsung. I have had both and not one to argue. To each they own.

Very organized and clean. We made an appointment online to get a new battery installed on an IPhone and arrived on time. We were met by a sweet woman out front who immediately checked us in on her IPad. We were told to stand on a designated circle until called. In 5 minutes a sweet and polite employee named Cole came out to get us...once inside, he examined the phone and asked us to come back in 1 hour add a half. Sure enough... we came back at the exact time he told us and the phone was done and waiting for us! Wow! Super efficient and Cole was fantastic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Products are great! I needed technical help for my iPhone 7 and I was able to get assistance from a technical specialist within 30 minutes. The specialist helped me reset the phone and did a few diagnostics to help improve my phone's service. Customer service is good here.

I don’t know why all the negative reviews, but I had a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and had my QR code scan. I forgot to ask for the associate name, but she was very nice to us. Maybe the negative reviews just come from negative people.

Got my airpods replaced real quick after making an appointment. Also got my mom's iPhone fixed there. Friendly staff. Definitely will go again for other service.

I was having a frustrating time here getting no assistance from anyone until Frank helped me out. He's the sole reason I'm even writing this review let alone giving 5 stars because he was super helpful and got me the charger that I needed quick and easy. Give him a raise, give him a promotion -- honestly let him run the store, he's the only one doin it right.

They were fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Solved the problem in a helpful and pleasant manner.

Typical Apple store. Courteous, helpful. It was nice to see diversity of age among the workers. It used to be ONLY young people. This place is always busy!

Keep in mind Apple store's are by nature packed. It comes with the territory. Make an appointment and be sure to arrive a few minutes prior. The staff is great! They are very, kind and knowledgeable.

We arrived without an appointment and within 20 minutes someone was helping us. It gave us time to play with all the new equipment, so it wasn't bad.

Ever since APPLE opened their stores, I found it interestingly strange, how the inside was designed. It's gotten STRANGER but don't get me wring (SIC) I'm not complaining. At this APPLE, I counted 20 Staff. Twenty‼ This is a huge improvement for Customer Service. Last year, an online appointment was mandatory. No On-line appointment, NO SERVICE. Let's hope, NO MORE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS.
I like APPLES.

Took my laptop in due to the keyboard and speakers no longer working properly. They gave me a cost estimate and sent it for repair. They said 7-10 days but I got it back in 4. No extra charges add. Quick, accurate and efficient service

My experience at the Sherman Oaks Apple Store was flawless. My iPhone 7+ had a few large issues only two months in that seemed to indicate it was a defective unit. I came in for a replacement, and unfortunately ran late by about 20 minutes for my appointment. They were still able to get me in soon and an incredibly kind employee then sat down with me, listened to my issues, quickly was able to verify them, and had me walking out soon with a replacement that has been working perfectly.

The staff really makes the experience here. I love the phone, but I will continue buying Apple less for the devices and more for the experience that I get at their stores like the one I had here. Thank you!

Two of their managers, Pierre (sp?) and Kam, as well as another employee, Keith, made three of my consecutive visits both successful and as pleasant as could be hoped for, considering that each visit was an otherwise disastrously stressful event waiting to unravel.

As a frequent Apple customer, I’ve learned that despite all Apple stores being seemingly the same, many unfortunately do not live up to what they ought to be.

The Apple store which is ‘home base’ for my Apple Business account and which I have accustomed myself with in terms of their service and all of that happens to be one of their main flagship stores up in ‘Silicon Valley’ which set a high bar in my mind for what to expect elsewhere.

While traveling, this has resulted in frequent disappointment.

The reason for the backstory is because I believe it helps to show the contrast which makes this ‘Apple at Sherman Oaks’ stand out as not being a let down, but instead it was a quality experience.

I am grateful for their staff’s dedication and helpfulness and would recommend others to this Apple Store.

I bought a new Apple phone 8+ and immediately had problems with it. I did have to come back twice. However, the associates were helpful and did help me get on the phone with the Icloud people who were kind and patient and helped me when my new phone had 3 Apple ID's! Finally it all worked out. I have had good experiences with the Apple associates.

I went in this morning with an unresponsive iPhone 6. I know other reviewers may have expressed frustrations with this store, and I can't nullify their reviews, but I can say I went in today with a level head and tried to escalate and provide each staff member with the urgency and complication regarding my issue, and they listened to me and gave me respect. Betsy, the store manager on-duty, eventually did everything she could to help me out, within reason (keeping other customers scheduled appointments in mind), and I walked out of the store in under 30 minutes with my problem resolved. I never got angry and gave them respect and received nothing but top-notch service in return. Seems fair. They lived up to the expectations Apple has built around their retail chain -- thank you, Betsy et al.
