Sheronica Is absolutely wonderful! She is always so welcoming, cheerful and helpful with all my packing and shipping needs. She is such a sweet person and is super efficient as well. I’m so glad she is at the hope mills store!!! Great work!! You definitely know what customer service is all about!!!

Let me tell you, Steve and Shauna (Shawna) get high ratings from me. Not sure of the woman's name that was working this morning but imstead of me running back to the post office, she took care of that. You're great 🥰. The post office was quite rude and nasty this morning. I got more than all the help I could hope for from The UPS Store right next door on main St, hope mills. You all are the best!! !!!

I visit the UPS store several times a day due to my business needs. Each time I walk in the door I can count on SHANNA to greet me with a smile and treat me as if I were the only customer she has. All the employees are wonderful and I am happy to have a UPS in Hope Mills. Thank you all.
