AT&T Store

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. They provided all options available and gave great recommendations. The service was prompt. Everyone had smiles on their faces. This was the BEST experience I've had not just at AT&T but ANY store. I will recommend the Nicholson/LSU location to everyone. I intend to return with a gift, that how impressed I am with their service.

The team at AT&T on Nicholson, the manager and the sales person, were extraordinarily helpful and efficient in helping with my upgrade/trade in for my iPhone. They went above and beyond and helped reconfigure my family plan to utilize new promotions that tailored our needs to the plan for the best price. I cannot recommend the store enough. I was extraordinarily pleased.

Rarely can one walk away from a store feeling great about an upgrade without feeling like you’ve been taken for a ride... However, Irvin and his team (Jared, Joseph & Ashton) made my upgrade a wonderful experience and had me happily skipping down the streets of LSU!

If you want amazing customer service or any questions answered, come to this location and ask for Irv or Joeseph. They even pointed out to my mom and I that we are paying more money on our monthly bill than we should and helped us save money. True professionals!
