Close to my old home. On my way to my job. Convenient and pleasant.

got there at our scheduled time to rent a truck (7am) and the lady did not open the doors or turn the lights on in the building until 7:15am. i walked in to check in and grab the keys and she was barely paying attention because she was staring at her phone, and i saw she was getting a call, which she answered and had headphones in to talk. super rude and felt ignored when asking questions. she was trying to multitask but it failed so bad that i had to attempt to pay 4 times because she said she kept putting something in the system incorrectly and i could tell she was rushing so i could get out. i was getting frustrated because 1) it’s early in the morning and 2) i’ve never had this process last so long. she then gave me the key and pointed me where the truck would be (to the right of the building) which we went and tested the keys on 3 different trucks and none of them started. we were going to go inside and ask her which truck it was since she misguided us but she was clearly on her phone giggling and then she came outside, watching us put the key in multiple trucks with fail, just to unlock another door on the side of the building. really disappointed with the way we were treated and will not be renting here again in the future.
