Alicia was the first member of the team to engage with me while I was browsing. Whenever someone says a kind word as I shop it makes me feel really welcome. She went above and beyond to find me some perfect fits! I had a very limited budget this trip and she was very accommodating of that.
I’m going to treasure my purchase and can’t wait for my next visit to Rodeo Drive. I’ll be sure to call ahead to ask for Alicia’s help again because she was so amazing!

I came in so lost looking for a new outfit for a night out with friends for a bday celebration and Alicia was able to help me out and be very patient with me as I kept going back and forth on what I wanted. She was sure to make me feel comfortable and with genuine care and curiosity! Thank you I’ll be back for that reason alone. Customer service is everything. Hers was amazing!! 11/10!!!

I got my wedding Tux here. I was extremely happy with my purchase, but even happier with the service. Stephen helped me from start to finish. Every time I went everyone was warm, welcoming. Cher was also extremely helpful. I will forever be coming back to them because they truly had remarkable service. Thank you guys! Cant wait to shop some more soon :)

The only museum in rodeo drive! I always enjoy visiting this store and walking around the vintage items they keep on display.

Beautiful shopping experience. Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. In the store it is possible to find in addition to the most classic and iconic lines of the Ralph Lauren world such as Polo, it is also possible to find tailored and exclusive lines such as Purble or the iconic exclusive and vintage line such as RRL, whose garments purchased as announced losing a little of color they acquire a lived-in look giving beauty and uniqueness to the garments.

He makes me feel like I am the most important client and I always leave feeling special. He is intuitive and knows my particular style, likes, wants, and needs. He also pushes me out of my comfort zone by suggesting items I might not select on my own. Please visit and ask for Roger. You will be royally taken care of like no other.

First time in LA so had to check out rodeo. First place we went to was Ralph Lauren. I was in a sling and the guy in the mens bit was super nice and addressed it can't remember what was said but I remember he had good chat and left a good impression regardless if I couldn't afford anything haha

I have been going here since I was in my 20s. Customer service is always amazing. Willingness to help out with all your concerns & quality of the product in the store.

Exemplary customer service both before and after the sale! Kyla was so good with us not only in the store, but a week after, I decided to purchase another item they had in the store and she was very helpful on phone and email. I live several thousand miles away and the same excellent customer service was the same. She is a credit to your store!

Ralph Lauren was AWESOME!! My Boyfriend loves this store and it's his favorite! We did some shopping and my Boyfriend bought a really nice shirt and some cologne which he enjoys both of them!! Kyla was an AWESOME HELP to my Boyfriend, she was very nice and friendly!! We were grateful and thankful to her for the help she gave us!! She was THE BEST!!
