Clean store and very transparent pharmacy staff. They've been helping me coordinate with other pharmacies during this ADHD medication shortage to find my son's meds.

Good place if you just need to get in and out quickly. Friendly service.

I've had two instances of great service at this location in the last two months after having had to walk out of another Rx across the road. The people here have gone out of their way to make for a good experience and make sure I got the meds I need in a timely manner. After 30+ plus years with another Rx that was frustrating, I am now a full convert to Rite Aid. Thank you to the entire team on Bethel in Port Orchard

I’ve never had any issues at this store, they have always been great and informative. I never have to worry about getting my prescriptions filled on time.

In this experience I was only pulling up to pharmacy drive-thru. The lady that assisted me was very calm, understanding, and very helpful.

It is very easy to fill the 5 gallon water jugs at Rite Aid because there are parking space close. The store is small enough to find what you are looking for.

I just had to leave a positive review for Pharm Tech Linsey. I'm not a customer but called in this morning inquiring about a topic that has/is effecting all of us. She could have went 'monotone' in overall customer service, (& I mostly expected that to happen). Linsey's enthusiasm was refreshing, her honesty noble. Thank You Linsey! You ROCK!

I haven't shopped there but I go in there and use the Amazon box and it's pretty simple but the employers are pretty nice
