Verizon

Came in to switch my service to Verizon, after continued incompetency by another company. I honestly would’ve been better off using 2 paper cups with a piece string attached to them, than to continue to use their service.
When I arrived at this store, I was promptly greeted by Josh, and within 30 minutes, my service was switched and I was out the door with a working cell phone. Josh took the time to explain everything that he was doing, and even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any problems moving forward. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than that! Thanks again for the help Josh! I really appreciate it!

I go here for any of my phone needs!! The staff is always ready to help, the only downfall which isn't a big deal is that Alot of people pick up on good service so there is usually very brief waiting time. But other than that, this place is the best!!!

I transferred my entire family from multiple carriers to Verizon today. My phone and my wife’s phone didn’t have any signal at all so went to this store. Josh was super super knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us get phones working, review our plans and perks to make sure we get the best deal. My wife’s ip 11 didnt have an esim, which the rep over the phone told me otherwise. Josh got her a physical sim right away.

James was amazing and had excellent customer service. Walked my mom and i through everything and saved us some $$$

Steven did a great job to help transfer my family cell phone service from AT&T to Verizon. He is courteous and professional. Patiently solved the issues of getting the credits and promotions promised by Verizon. A wonderful experience!

Great customer service, staff will take all the time you need to answer alll your questions. If you are undecided about a device or think you know what device you want, the staff will provide you the pros and cons of each device. Staff seems very knowledgeable about technical specifications on all products sold and are able to explain them very well. Good job overall.

I have had Verizon phones since the 80s when they were car phones and obviously have much experience with their multiple stores. The Cranberry store is without a doubt the best example of customer service that I have ever experienced not only at Verizon but with any service provider. Thank you Matt and his fabulous store manager for going so far above and beyond even in the midst of busy times!!!

I have bought my 2 phones I have owned from here. I first bought a Samsung Galaxy J7 V and had it for 5 years. It ran great. I just bought the Samsung Galaxy A42 as I am running out of storage space. I went from 16G to 128G. I got a great upgrade price, and the knowledge I was offered about my options was helpful.

Customer Service A+ as always. Nathan was on top of things, knew his stuff and quite helpful. Management was personable and appreciative of our time there. Really good Christmas deals, too. Very busy but hardly had to wait.

I went to this store last Monday (12/7). I spent my morning on the phone with verizon rep. & then a samsung tech. who could not help me with my new replacement phone. No one could help over the phone & was told to go to the store. Steve was there to help. He was so calm & knowledgeable! I was a little sad because i had messages on my phone from my sister who had passed away(it was her b-day on 12/6th) so i was not in a great place ! This might be to much info. but i have to tell you that Steve really made my whole day. He was so kind !! He was also VERY patient. People like him is what makes a company/store stand out! Thank You!

I went in because my LG G4 was doing crazy things after a software update. One of the staff greeted me at the door, walked me right back to the desk, was personable, listened to me and tried to get me help right away. When my phone baffled him, he called over for more help. By the end of it I had 3 educated guys who couldn't figure out my phone's issues, but wasted no time in mailing me a replacement and setting up my old phone so I could use it over the weekend. I could not have asked for a better experience - I was treated like an equal and there were absolutely zero hoops to jump through. One of the staff even opened the door for me on my way out and Eric, the general manager, sent me a text the next day thanking me for being a customer. I wish I had paid more attention to the nametags of the gentlemen that helped me out so I could thank them personally, but instead I'll give them 5 stars and thank them this way. Thank you!

Switching over from sprint and it took 4 days all day, but, am very satisfied by the customer service at this location! Tim helped me with the messed up by sprint and was very patient And most definitely friendly!! He provided great customer service! Will definitely go back to this location and request to work with him again. thank you again, tim!

I was having an issue with my phone and went into the Cranberry location and with the help of Jess and Carly and corporate involvement , they completely resolved my issue, transferred service along with additional discounts.
They were professional, empathetic and incredibly helpful!!

We went in the store to find out whether we should switch to the unlimited plan. The sales person was very honest with us. He recommended we stick with what we've got and explained why it was a better option for us. That's true customer service!

Standing here right now watching Nick the solutions expert work his magic. Although we love her, my mom is a boomer to a severe degree and reigning terror across the counter to Nick. “Will I talk to a human?! Why are phones so expensive anyway? You know, I grew up WITHOUT a phone, Nick”

And our man Nick. He is taking each archaic colloquialism with stride. A true champ, Nick is providing solutions with the grace and elegance of a gazelle leaping over an African veldt. As millennials we are so thankful that Nick has dealt with our parent with grace and class.

And yes, of course we’ve already made tattoo appointments to get tribal tattoo style memorials of Nick on our forearms. Out of respect for his loyal service at the Cranberry Verizon.

Had a problem with an app on my phone that I couldn't figure out. Google told me several things to try but they didn't work so I went to the Verizon store and one of the text was able to correct it in a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way.
