My experience was epic! Sarita the Associate was phenomenal! A lady that cut in front of me(unknowingly) was redirected gently in her own language by Ms. Sarita.😎 She proceeded to get me a discount by enrolling with a Kohl’s card, all this with a smile😀. The store was immaculate hands down five stars all day. So when I am in Manasas, Va. I will shop here again. Oh yeah I did pick up a couple of Washington Commanders shirts and slippers for my wife, with the card discount!

I went there just to drop off a return to Amazon. I didn't know where the Amazon drop-off is located in the store. The cashier told me where and it only took two minutes. The store is clean and well organized, and it is easy to find things around the store.

Store has been remodeled with emphasis on Sephora. Women’s clothing is limited and cheap looking. Sales and clearance items limited. Alot of buy one, get one 50% off, in other words you are saving 25% per item only if you buy two.

I was not planning on going to Khols' and Sephora yesterday 10-17-23) but I always wanted to be able to pamper myself to some make up especially being a single mom to a speical need child. Everyone should pamper themselves. So I went Sephora and ask for help since I didn't know anything much about the "right" make up for myself. Olivia who was the sale representative was so wonderful and patient with me. She explained everything to me when it came to what I needed for my face. I will definitely go back to her if and when I'm at Khol's. I signed up for their rewards and got a gift from Olivia since it's my birthday month. I also spoke with Kathy who was the supervisor and gave Olivia a recognition. People are quick to complain but don't take the time to compliment when it's needed. I will definitely go back to Olivia and highly recommend her to all of my family and friends. Keep up the good job Olivia!! :) Thank you for the make up over and make up! You are awesome!!!

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY POLITE, THE SELECTION WAS GREAT, HAD EVERTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR, YOU CAN'T BEAT THE KOHLS CASH AND REWARDS PROGRAM EITHER

The Kohl’s sales representative was professional, pleasant and engaging. She assisted me effortlessly with my exchange of an item.

I love the Manassas store. It’s always clean and neat and everyone in it is always very helpful and sweet. It’s a wonderful place to shop.

Great quality clothes at a low price. Huge selection. Sizes for everyone big and small. Clothes for tge whole family from outerwear, sleepwear, athletic gear and shoes.
They also have a abundant amount of household items.

Very good dept. Store. Quality product choices. Well organized and very helpful workers. Prices are reasonable and they have a very good loyal program for earning Kohl’s Bucks to apply towards next purchase.
