I worked with Karissa from the custom framing department and cannot thank her enough for her outstanding service and care. Karissa's deep framing knowledge was clear: she provided color combination recommendations, shared pros/cons of frame materials, and even had a genius idea on how to best frame my painting so it would look perfectly square (note: this is tougher than it sounds since my painting was not square/symmetrical). I felt confident entrusting my piece to her capable hands.

Love the sales ! Been sick, and missed out on alot of 50% deals... Also need bigger selection of everything, like air brushing sets, more art supplies, I would be a more frequent shopper. WOTH VISITING !

This is one of the smaller Michael's stores, so they don't have quite the same depth of stock. They're always good for the basics, though, and the staff is always super helpful. Recently I went looking for canvas packs that had showed available online the day before. They weren't where they were supposed to be, so the clerk looked in three different overflow places and then the basement storage, where she finally found them. I definitely appreciated her efforts.

As for the products, it's exactly what you'd expect - but the store is very orderly and obviously well kept up. My sister and I were picking out cases for memorabilia and some painting supplies - the level to which the entire staff ensures we had the help we needed choosing the right products for us at the best possible prices was amazing. Even if I'd walked away with nothing - I'd have still given 5/5 on performance alone. Thanks to staff for making sure I did find everything I needed though.

Not one of the bigger Michael's locations, but they have an excellent selection of yarns, art supplies, jewelry supplies, floral and home decor items and children's toys and crafts. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The prices aren't the cheapest, but they have online coupons every week and will also accept competitors' coupons, which will enable you to get more goodies for your buck. Also, check out the wonderful clearance section for all sorts of bargains.
They also offer a wide variety of craft classes for adults and children.
The parking is very good, even though there are several other stores and restaurants in the shopping center.

Everything you need for crafts and creative projects. They have old school model planes and things like that as well. Worth a visit just to wander around because you won't believe all the cool stuff they have in the store.

I find myself at Michaels at least once a week. I literally can find anything at that store whether it’s art supplies, to jewelry supplies, to even holiday decorations. They are always having sales going on which is a bonus for me. And With every purchase there’s a 40% off coupon, so I’m always saving.

I placed an order for curbside pickup on the 20th. The first day the doors opened for business after being shut for a while due to the pandemic. The store was being kept at a very low staffing, and they had gotten at least 100 curbside orders that day, mine being one of them. I got there 15 minutes before closing, and the staff was still running around like crazy trying to help everyone before they closed. I didnt catch her name, but there was 1 young woman in particular with beautiful red hair that was putting in alot of effort to help 4 people at once while I was there. She seemed frazzled and stressed, but she went out of her way for each person who came in looking for help despite whatever tasks she was trying to do prior. Shes fantastic, and deserves a raise! Thank you thank you :))

Everything is overpriced unless you have a coupon then you feel like you're walking out with a good deal. People are very helpful, the store is pretty well-organized. The staff is always friendly!

I am addicted to this store. They have a great selection and many sales. If you have the money to spend, this is an excellent place to be! Only problem is that I can't go near that store without buying wayyy too much stuff! It's my retail therapy :)

I always love visiting Michael's! They always have sale, the employees here are friendly and willing to help with your project. They even have an area for clearance items and the wait for cash out is speedy and friendly! I'm a regular!

Great custom framing services. Looks better than stores that charge 3 times as much. Can be expensive, but they periodically have deep discounts and coupons. Store is great in general, lots of options!
