Sunoco Gas Station

Team at 123 Sunoco are awesome. They have been excellent, if ever there is an issue they will address it. Prices much better than dealership and its close. A wonderful local business everyone should support.

Every interaction I have with Luis and his team at Sunoco in Vista is without surprises. They are cordial, stand by their word and the work is done right. Glad to have a trustworthy auto repair place in town!

Not your typical rip off repair station like so many others. Ive been in business over 39 years and I can honestly say they are number one.
They have serviced over 15 of my business and personal vehicles and stand behind their work and are priced competitively without gouging!!!!

Amazing kindness and service during Covid-19 Outbreak. I pulled up and didn't realize it was full service. Not only did i need gas for my car, but had cans for lawnmower. Owner was kind and thoughtfully helped me by dealing with the cans all himself. I will wait to fill up here when I need gas. So, so kind.

My tire pressure gauge lit just as I left Ridgefield on my way to Stamford. The first station I went to just pointed to the air machine. I tried it, but the light was still lit. The 2nd place charged $1 for 3 minutes of air-no quarters & no help at all. I ended up at this Sunoco station. Thank goodness! The attendant was so kind! He came & filled all 4 tires! He had a smile the whole time in the freezing cold. I’m only going there for gas when I’m in the area. Thank you so much.

The gas pumps here work when the power is out!

DO NOT GO THERE. I bought the entire front bearings and ball joint assemblies for them to install. I was quoted $360.00. when I went to pick up my car I was charge $793.00...DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME ABOUT THIS!!. To add insult to injury the ABS is not working now to which they said I'd have to leave it with them to fix (at an extra charge). And on top of it all the bill stated a $60.00 charge for "materials"...what materials?...air!!???! I supplied ALL the parts!! Get the BBB on speed dial to deal with these guys. I'm taking the car to a reputable shop and see what they messed up on the ABS...then I'll deal with that after their findings.

I also did not have a great experience with this mechanic.
I dropped off my car and they confirmed they would call me before doing anything!
When I called to ask what was happening, they told me about all of the work they did on my car and proceeded to charge me $1000.
I still can't believe what they did, and I will not be back!

I was horrified when my 90 year old mother, who has used this station for years, told me about her recent experience with the owner. She cant pump her gas due to arthritis and has never had a problem getting it done. This time she asked for air in her tire too and he blew up at her, telling her she would have to figure something else out. She always tipped him too.Now she will go to Ridgefield rather than continue her business there. SHAME ON YOU!

ONE PARTNER GIVES ONE PRICE BUT THE OTHER PARTNER CHARGES DOUBLE
Before they did the work on my car I asked them for an estimate to make sure I could afford it. Luis gave me the price and I agreed to it, after they finished the work Alex charged me double of what Luis told me it would cost.BAD BUSINESS ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT!!! If January was a slow month it doesn't mean you have to take advantage of your client in February.

They said they were open on Sunday, so came to retrieve car which had my cell phone in it only to find they were closed.

The manager (or owner, not sure which one he was exactly) thought I was a spam caller for an unknown reason and got nasty with me.
