I recently had my brakes done here at a reasonable price. And this week, I went in concerned about other items. Kevin was SO nice! He only made the repairs I needed for a good price. There were other things I could have done, but he didn't pressure me to purchase additional services. Thank you!

they serviced my Honda CRV perfectly. did not pressure me to buy anything else. extremely polite wonderful folks at the service garage and the owner was super nice too, highly recommend this place.

I've known the owner and mechanic for 40 years or so- they're first rate, work hard, and go out of their way to provide good , honest, and reliable services. They have on more than one occasion, picked my vehicle up at my house and returned it after service was completed in addition to giving me rides home. Their work is never about selling you more, it's more about informing you of what the priorities should be on your vehicle and taking care of it at your convenience- all 3 mechanics are excellent and good guys to work and communicate with- I bring all three of my vehicles there for everything, without hesitation- do yourself a favor and stop waffling over where to bring your car, this is the place!

I've been to these guys for 2 repairs and a handful of oil changes. From day one I felt like they were trustworthy and were treating me fairly and with respect. The repairs they performed were reasonably priced and on time. They don't have a fancy waiting room like the dealership but I'll take the feeling of not being ripped off over that any day.

I've always had great service here. They are quick friendly and very honest. The main mechanic (owner too maybe?) has given me great advice on what work should be done now, or can be put off a little longer. Their shop always seems full, so they don't try to nickle and dime you, in fact I feel it's the opposite.

Terrific, honest repair - the main guy answers his own phone, and that goes to accountability. They look for ways to save you money, and never talk down to you. ACES in my book, after several repairs on our venerable 2001 Dodge Caravan (190,000 & counting!).

Reliable and honest service at West Rocks Shell, I have known Don since my first car in the 80's.

I visited the convenient store at this gas/repair station this past Monday 11/13/23. The store is supposed to close at 10pm. I arrived at 9:35pm and was informed by the older man that he already counted out the register and I couldn’t play lotto.
How do you have 25 minutes more before closing and you counted out the till!?
I wouldn’t waste my time returning here for anything, that older man is definitely not customer friendly nor does he value business from local patrons!

11:30 am 5/23/20 walked in the gas station.
Cashier is standing there. Playing scratch off. Mind you I said hello when I entered. He didn't part his lips. I stood in front of him for about a min. Walked 2feet to the lottery counter. He's still scratching his tickets. So after a minute. I walked out. ... poor customer service. Will never return !!
