AT&T Store

Had a great experience at this store on Feb 11. I needed to switch my old flip phone to an IPhone, Michael was able to set me up with the right phone and a good plan to go with it during one visit. Also, Michael spent over an hour working with technical support to resolve issues until everything was straightened out. The store manager (forgot her name) was also very helpful. Nice job!!! New phone is working great!

Had a great experience there this weekend. Johan was very helpful and professional. From my initial phone call, to me walking into the store. Answered all my questions before coming in. Soon as I got there, he was prepared to take care of it all in no time. Very smart, professional and efficient.
The store itself was well organized and products beautifully displayed. Awesome service and much appreciated!

Place was quick and efficient. The woman that took care of me was absolutely helpful and very careful. She was the best AT&T employee I’ve ever dealt with. Never felt pressured into buying anything, but also explained to me questions I had. All in all, great customer service!

I had wonderful service from the moment I walked in the door. I had a bit of a complicated issue and Caromie took the time to see the issue thru. I am very grateful for such pleasant customer service!!!

I've always had pretty good service at AT&T stores, but my most recent visit was worth writing a review about. I went to pick up an order I placed online. When I got there, the manager, Rachael, helped me decide between the phone I ordered and another that I liked better that was on display. While we were waiting for all my contacts and photos to transfer over, she offered to take a look a look at our plan (which was years old and outdated). She put us into a new plan that was more economical for our family - even after upgrading two phones and two apple watches. She suggested coming into the store for future transactions, and I absolutely will! There's something to be said about extraordinary service that you just can't get from behind a computer screen.

A woman named Sara helped me with my phone while I was there and was extremely nice and professional.

I’m not too good with new technology and Rachel told me the differences between a Bluetooth iwatch and the cellular one, I want to track my new fitness goals and she helped me realize that being a construction worker the cellular one is the way to go for me so I don’t have to carry around my phone. Not only did she help me realize that the cellular iwatch is a great option for me all around she said she’d be happy to help set it up for me when it comes in. A+

Rodger and his staff were awesome! Had a major issue with newly purchased phone and Rodger got me going again. As he was helping me out I was impressed with how he patiently and expertly assisted 3-4 other customers. I will go out of my way to come back to this location, especially if Rodger is here.

Went into the store today for a new phone. The saleswoman, Rachel helped me get my new phone, and showed me how to transfer everything from ICloud, etc. Which I had no clue how to do. Very helpful, and the best part is, I was in/out with in 25 mins!!!

Joan was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. She helped negotiate us to a better plan for less money monthly, was knowledgeable and efficient, and we had an overall great experience.

Went to the store on main Avenue in Norwalk ct. today, I was looking into maybe purchasing a new phone, and also needed to change a charge on my account,
The two people working there couldn’t be more helpful, I was mostly helped by a very sweet girl named Shayne who has only been working there for a week, she was still training, I believe the gentleman working with her was her manager sorry I can’t remember his name, who was great at jumping in to make sure everything was being done right to help me, I didn’t leave with a phone today. But all my questions were answered and there was no pressure on me, to do so today but as soon as I decide this is the at&t store that I will be returning too, they both went above and beyond, for customer service,

Michel and Rachel were absolutely amazing I love them so much they helped me get a discount on my bill that I didn't even ask for which made my day because Mexico was just disqualified from the world cup and I was pretty sad about that but they made me happy and I got soo much discounts and free stuff so if you step into this store ask for either of them and I promise they will make your day too!
