Sujin has a magical, creative touch when it comes to making the BEST kimchi with locally sourced ingredients. She makes many kinds of kimchi everyone knows and loves. Then Sujin creates special kimchis based on what is growing and in season. These are a fantastic change of pace and only offered for limited times.

Sujin's also offers many local fresh foods, sells local arts and crafts, and has many Korean cooking products for as well.

If you want to help yourself have a healthy gut biome, this is the place to get your delicious, beautiful, great for your health kimchi. With the added bonus of getting to meet Sujin. She puts lots of living care into jar of kimchi she creates.

We used to buy her kimchi when she was only selling at the Anacortes farmers market. We were delighted to know she opened her own shop within the past couple years! We've suggested friends go there whenever they come up to visit. We recently went in with a large group of friends during the arts festival and she was very kind and helpful. The quality is so good, like picking up all different kimchi's and banchan homemade from your own Korean mom. We ended up walking out with many many jars bought. Dont skip the gochujang either, it has so much flavor!

People come all the way from Seattle for Sue's kimchi. The kimchis are delicious and exceptionally full of healthy, live cultures.

Lovely store. The owner is really kind and helpful. Even though I've eaten kimchi all my life there were some I've never seen before. My kids love the seaweed sunomono. Everything we've tried so far is delicious. We will be back for more and will probably have to get the larger jar next time! She carries other Korean items and produce from local farmers too. I highly recommend.

Su is an artisan, her kimchi is alive! One of the best fermented foods I’ve ever had and I’m a chef. Masterfully and mindfully made. Not only her kimchi tastes fantastic it is also investment in your health. We are regular customers here, always a pleasure.

A wonderful purveyor of a large variety of kimchi: cabbage, cucumber, beets, golden beets, dandelion, carrot, leek, kohlrabi, radish cube, kale, and others. So glad I stopped in. The owner was very kind and excited to answer any of our questions. She also sells some fresh produce, dried flowers, and locally made honey and jellies. Great to have a place like this in Anacortes!

I grabbed a few jars on my way to the ferry, and they were SO delicious. Now that I've run out, my only regret is not springing for the larger sizes. The kohlrabi was such a tasty surprise - I'd never had that in my kimchi before. If you like authentic flavor, definitely give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Love Sujin’s. Amazing kimchi (vouched by my Korean friends) among other local products and fresh veg. The lady who’s always there is super sweet. Two thumbs way up.

Just found this gem! I love kimchi, and this place has a wide variety of kimchi. It's not just traditional cabbage, but they also have beets, cucumber, jalapeno; etc. You could also catch Sujin at the Anacortes Farmers market to do some taste tests!

Great kimchi, and other fermented goods. Other Asian, and local goods are also available. The owner is very friendly, and willing to talk about her products. She also has a stall at the Anacortes farmers market.

I delivered to SuJin's and the nice ladies there gave me a Kimchi and a Seaweed Sunomono. I sampled both tonight and they are both fantastic!(I've never had Seaweed that I've liked before). I would highly recommend this business.

Small grocer selling house-made Korean kimchi, local vegetables, Korean pantry items, and local artisanal woodcrafts. Stopped in and was able to grab the items I needed to make japchae noodles
