I just wanted to thank you for your great customer service! I came in yesterday with a refugee family and the young man who helped us was very friendly, patient, professional, and nice. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but I hope management sees this and tells him he did a great job.

Say what you want to say about cricket, it is what it is. You really get what you pay for. They're cheap but they don't upcharge you or mess with your bill. If you call support on the phone you'll be directed to someone in another country just like every other service provider. It is what it is.

Customer service in store, on the other hand, is a different story. A guy named Corey helped me and he was a beast. He knows everything there is to know about IMEIs, signal towers, frequency bands, whatever you want to know and however in depth you want to know it. He has an understanding of how cell phone service works from the ground up and can answer questions about the company's over arching technology that they use which is extremely valuable. He can fix any issue or question you have and it's really refreshing. Almost every customer service person I run into is there to collect a paycheck and go home with as little work done as possible that day. Not Corey. Even if he's counting the seconds until he can ditch retail, he's a student of his profession.

Michelle is the nicest person I have dealt with at Cricket. After 3 hours on the phone and visiting 2 stores, she couldn't fix Cricket's mistake but at least she could explain the unfair charges, unlike Jeremy at the other store who refused to help us at all.

I love cricket everyone is so nice and so helpful they're honest not just trying to make a sale for the money they give honest reviews and opinions on the phones. I have the family plan 4 lines $100 bucks. Perfect...also refer a friend gets you both $25 credit after 3 months and that came in super handy for me.

Happy but sometimes the service gets cut off it's ok though.
