2nd time visiting here and their service is still awesome. I appreciate that they explain clearly the promos and everything. I love shopping here Eileen’s assistance was great, as always!

The ladies working there are very nice and ensure to answer any questions. It's a great physical location. The smells cam be a bit intense if you are sensitive. Overall they are well stocked, clean, staffed and knowledgeable if you have questions.

As you walk in a strong Fragrance odor of many things. Came in for one item walked out with several. They have so many products, from Bath Oils, Candles, Lotions, and many more.

I got my freebies for my birthday and from jy nieces shopping BBW! I also took advantage of their 75% off I got me some vanilla noel and other stuff... they also have other good sales... I had to stop myself and go. But always a good place to find good stuff

I am a total fan of this place. I used my rewards to purchase a free item and they were gracious about it. I have been to other places when you receive something free the sales people have an attitude b/c you came in their establishment for the free item. Not at this place. The sales people were cheerful and was helpful. Thank you.

It's always so clean and neat and the sales people are very helpful but the stock was so much smaller than before. Covid again? No shipments? Not the usual plethora online either though.

Update... ordered some sale items online today and opted to go into the store (close by) to save the shipping cost. And lo and behold! The store is now fully stocked and there are a number of new fragrances! Same helpful staff and SO much more to choose from. 🥰🥰🥰

This one is located at the LB Town Center. It's never crowded like the malls which I like. Download the app to get rewards points. That helps! Always fun smelling all the new scents and of course always leaving with a full bag of 4 for $20 or buy 3 get 2 free!

Staff is kind and the store is kept organized so its easy to find the scents you like.

Scents are best inperson but the online store has the same promos once you know what scent you like

I love shopping here! The people that work here are very helpful, friendly and knowlegable. They have a great system during this pandemic. They get you in and out quickly and all with a smile!

Awesome selection. Everything was well stocked. It was hard to decide what we wanted because there was so much to choose from. And the employees were really friendly.
