Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Was working on my house trying to get it ready to sell and had painters taking care of the walls. I ended up having to go to this location four times in a single day and was helped by three different people and each time it was a great interaction.

Outstanding customer service. Always been a big box hardware paint guy. Today that changed. Yes, it's a little more expensive but my time is worth knowing I'm leaving with the perfect match and confidence .

I rarely write reviews online unless I have an exceptional experience. I must say that I absolutely love going to this store! The staff (Allison and Brian) are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable every time that I have been there. I would not go anywhere else for my painting needs!

Everytime I have gone in here Travis and the one other manager have been beyond helpful, patient and thorough in explaining everything. Seriously, the best customer service in the game. We will continue to come here for all our needs.

The people at this store are always super helpful, patient, and kind. I have never had a bad experience here, and they are very good about matching the paint if you go in to order more of a color you had previously ordered, even if it was a few years prior.

Two very positive shopping experiences within a week with two different staff members at this location. In both cases we needed color matches done and both people were very helpful and efficient.

If you need help selecting colors or figuring out the best paint for your project I would recommend Sherwin Williams in Lititz. Allison the Assistant Manager completely diagnosed my needs for the project I am working on. Her knowledge of paint, color and her authentic interest in serving was a welcoming experience!

Great experience at this store (like most others). At Sherwin Williams stores in general, though, pricing structure is a bit frustrating (high shelf prices and continuous specials).
