Entire team is friendly and helpful, but Jett is the best. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us out with upgrading our phones, and the process went very smoothly. Kudos to the team!

I don't understand all the negative reviews on this T-Mobile location. Hands down this is the greatest T-Mobile spot I've been. Never had to wait, and I've always felt welcome there. I've gone four times now, and the last two times Elijah was there, and he was an awesome guy to work with. He's blunt and to-the-point but he's very civil about it. He helped me walk out with a brand new Galaxy Watch5, after helping me decide if it was worth it to get the Pro or not. Never had a problem here. I even told my dad to not go to any other location but this one!

Great staff. Very helpful. Did an upgrade Friday morning. Told them I'd be back the following morning to upgrade my other line and what phone I wanted. When I walked in Saturday, they had everything ready to go. Easy experience.

My wife and I had one of the best experiences, Mimi was the most knowledgeable and professional person, she went above and beyond what she had to do!

They are always helpful! We needed a new phone for my mom. They got her one that's perfect for her & we were out the door in half an hour with everything transferring to her new phone as we left! Recently changed to their internet service & so far it has done very well! Considering I use wifi for all my TV viewing & I'm down in the valley where I live & still have a great signal from its wifi. (Without wifi my phone is spotty! & it doesnt matter which phone service you use - everyone of them has dead spots through out the community due to our location.) I just love the service & great treatment I always receive from T Mobile! You rock 5G kings & queens!

The staff here were extremely helpful and welcoming when we transferred our lines from another carrier. It was a difficult situation to navigate but the manager and staff were very knowledgeable on how to deal with it. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this store and T- Mobile to others! 10+ out of 10!

I've had nothing but fast and friendly service at this location on multiple occasions. Last time we upgraded a phone on our account, we went to the corporate store where we were ignored, they took another customer after our arrival, and then after calling to confirm stock while on our way ended up informing us they've been out of that phone for days. Of course they offered to order it but I could've done that without leaving my home. We instead decided to pop in here in case they did have it in stock. They acknowledged us immediately even though everyone was helping other customers and then when they too didn't have stock they were at least apologetic and then even provided a free box for when we returned the trade in. Same situation but completely different outcomes and great customer service goes a long way of satisfying customers. From now on, I won't even bother going anywhere else, especially the "corporate" store.

This store is terrific. New management has recently taken over and the team is awesome!
I believe the manager there, Memi, had great energy and is very dedicated to making the store better. She said she has only been there a month, what a great turn around.

So my husband and I have been dealing with AT&T for years and we were paying to much for two phones so we decided to go to T-Mobile the manager Memi was awesome she was friendly and real with us also explained everything in detail and worked her magic and got us a fabulous deal (which btw blew our minds ). I want to give her a huge shout out for going above and beyond and even stayed with us through our rough ordeal with switching over from AT&T ( which they were horrible) after her quitting time . We were completely satisfied walking out of that store with all our new goodies! Oh and it’s Stacey Abplanalp not miller 😁👍

I love this T-Mobile. Memi is great!! We live in Baltimore and always come here for Memi. She has given us excellent service and needs to run more stores the way she runs Lititz. Give, her more Stores and a company car. Promote her, she is worth it and runs the business phenomenal for T-Mobile. She would be an excellent asset higher up in the company to train other managers.

This T-Mobile location while not a corporate location is one of the best stores I've visited in my many years of being a T-Mobile customer. They go above and beyond for their customers and bend over backwards to make things happen. They are just as qualified as a corporate location to handle all of your needs and in most cases can do so better. I HIGHLY recommend this location for your T-Mobile needs.

Went into the store because I was transferring from AT&T and I wasn't sure what I needed to do to transfer my number and get my phone unlocked. Stopped in to see if I could get help from this store seeing I recently went to the one on fruitville and received No help
Yet here I got everything done the girl I believe her name started with an M got everything transferred and done for me Will definitely recommend friends and family!!

Darren was very helpful as was Christian. Ended up coming back in to change service from Verizon to T-Mobile. Darren helped us and was courteous, professional, but still personable. He explained options, features, etc. They appear to have a very good team working at the Kissel Hill location. I noticed the other person in the store went out of his way to help a customer with issues about his phone. Just all around great customer service. They were busy the times we were in the store, but still attentative to all customers being helped and waiting for assistance.

The best customer service ever! I had came in because my phone randomly shut off and wouldn't turn back on. They helped me get it back on, but I ended up buying a new phone and switching plans. I had my 2 toddlers with me and they kept them entertained the whole time! My 3 year old didn't really want to leave the store because he had so much fun 😂

Outstanding customer service! Paul could not have been nicer. We needed to replace my mother in laws phone. Paul and Dylan were very patient, explained everything to us and even came to her house (she is elderly and does not go out) to confirm who she was and to get her information. I have been a TMobile customer for 20 years. This is, by far, the best service that I ever encountered. I live in NJ, if I ever need a new phone, I am coming to the Lititz store!

Super friendly happy staff. Was virtually no wait time we were taken care of as soon as we walked through the doors. Very nice well kept clean store. Easy to find more than one entrance which makes it very convenient when traffic is backed up on Route 501 you can always take the back entrance in which not a lot of people know about so that makes it extra special if you guys had more stars to give I would give these guys the maximum I think you should change your ratings to 10 Stars gets these guys absolutely 100% deserve it thank you very much you have yourself a wonderful day today and everyday

Paul and Freddy (yes, I take names) were wonderful. They need to train all the younger generation of customer service! Fixed my phone issue efficiently. Highly recommend this company and this location in particular.
