This place is amazing !! They took their time helping me find the right device for me. Im a newbie and the had no problem walking me through everything and getting me up to speed. They even offered to answer any questions should I have them and gave me their phone number. They were incredibly patient the 5 times I’ve called them lol. Locally owned and managed !!!

We were very new to vaping, and a little nervous when we walked in the store. The staff here was very helpful, I learned a lot, and they made excellent recommendations - I am very happy with my purchases. They even have a rewards club! My partner has been cigarette-free for nearly 2 months now, I can't thank you enough!

I went to several different vape shops looking for something specific and even had a very bad experience at one. when I got to Asheville Vapor I was greeted with friendliness and kindness. I didnt catch the name of the employee but he went above and beyond for me. I will definitely continue to be a patron there and I intend on recommending Asheville Vapor to all my friends.

The store associate was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find a juice I liked at a price that was within my budget. He was patient while I tried a handful of different flavors to find one I liked. I'm happy to see a location close to home.

I stopped in at the Smokey Park Highway location today on my way through Candler. (Which I've been meaning to do for over a week now.) Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase anything today. However, I can say with 100% certainty that I will be returning as soon as I can. I can't recall the young man's name that was working (I'm kinda bad with names), but he was a peach! He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and answered any question I had without hesitation. He was great to talk to. The place was clean. I mean spotless. And the variety of brands and flavors was amazing! I got to test a few flavors so that I could have in mind what I liked and wanted to purchase when I returned. Which I'll be doing quite soon! I highly recommend Asheville Vapor. It was an absolutely positive experience and I know it will become my new go-to shop for my vaping needs! 😊

Great service and great prices. Dave knows his products. He's very polite and professional, you can tell that he cares about this store. I wanted to switch from a box mod to a pod style vape and he made sure I got a kit that fit all of my needs. Definitely recommend that you check this place out.

I came to Asheville from WV for a wedding. Woke up to a broken e-cig and forgot to bring backup tanks with me. Found this place doing a quick search on Google maps. It was very easy to find. Mitch was in the store when it opened and was very friendly. He helped me pick out a new setup that would meet my needs until I get home. He was able to answer all my questions and showed me how everything worked. Would recommend this place to anyone! Overall great experience!
