I received excellent customer service from the young man working the desk at my last visit. This store has always had in stock the items I needed. As an added bonus, the young man signed me up for Speed Perks and I now get discounts on gasoline purchases. My first discount was $.35 a gallon on 20 gallons. A very nice perk in this day and time!

Went to purchase a key fob. Guy apologized for not being allowed to program it. I told him no problem. Works beautifully.

Dropped by for car wash items. They were very busy. The young man that checked me out was very pleasant and made me feel like I was important and didn't ignore me because I was a woman. It was actually his birthday 🎉. Hope he is there next time I stop in.

I needed a battery for my key fob and I wasn't sure about what I needed. The cashier was very helpful and friendly!

This place is great. Had everything I needed, guided me through the whole process, freely gave extremely useful advice (thank you Bruce), were clear and honest about the differences between higher and lower priced options (instead of just saying I needed whatever would make them the most money).

Places like this show that there are still businesses with integrity. Between the huge lengths they went to helping me out, the knowledgeable staff (again, thank you Bruce) and the fair prices, I would choose this over any of the many auto stores in the Canton/Candler area.

Needed a battery. They checked the one I had and made recommendations. No sales pressure. No bull. They installed it for free. When my husband thanked the salesman, the salesman replied that he enjoys helping people and he was sorry we had to wait. Super customer service!

For some reason this small town has 3 or 4 auto shops. Many have came and went but the OG of auto needs remains. This is my go to shop for anything car related. Staff are always helpful and go above and beyond.

Very helpful staff. We went through a bunch of parts and found the ones I needed since I no longer had model numbers.

I go to Western. My cars steering went out on the way there, I was able to get it to the advance auto parts. Mike went out to my car with my dad on speaker phone, told him the problem, and let me leave the car there over night until my dad could come fix it. Also, he stayed with me in the store until 8:30 (they close at 8) until my ride got here. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help. Incredible Human Beings. Forever in their debt. Great customer service and people.

Great service, the salesperson knew what he was talking about, prices are good mostly but I don't care to pay a little bit more sometimes to get what I need and don't have to go back.
