Huge parking lot. Great selection of items. Plenty of carts and baskets are available. Staff has always been helpful and nice when I need assistance. Kroger brand food has always been tasty and affordable. A one-stop market for me.

Ms. Valerie and Le are so helpful every time we come in! This is a really great Kroger with really great people. Been using their pharmacy for 15+ years now.

Cool building. You have to park across street, not a big deal. Super friendly staff.

Parking lot is relatively easy to get into and get out of. Usually not too busy. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. Has a wide variety of products making it easier to find special items for a recipe. It gas a big self checkout area. You can recycle your plastic bags in a bin by the front door.

Gorgeous store right on the edge of Forsyth Park, downtown. This is on a quiet street and is in a gorgeous area. The store is clean and well stocked. 👌 Carries flowers and balloons for holidays and occasions. Starbucks inside! ☕❤

My favorite grocery store in Savannah. No matter how busy the Deli is, they always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Ethan in particular always goes above and beyond!

I want to thank these two associates, she works in the Deli and she was so professional and the young man went out his way to make sure I could find something in the store. I really appreciate great customer service, keep up the great work!

Wow! I called Kroger, on Gwinnett st before driving over. The employee who answered the phone was a breath of fresh air! When I arrived at Kroger, I met Mr. Brandon at the cs desk and he was the person who answered the phone. He was such a pleasant person and took care of everything I needed! The person who hired him, should be applauded!

I'm only writing this review to the employees that had to deal with me today, mainly the young man (floor supervisor of 2 years). I want to apologize for getting upset. My anger wasn't neccessarily to you, but the situtation. I wasn't expecting for you guys NOT to take my check (well, my employer's), as this would have been my 6th or 7th time using that type of check at this exact establishment. The people who have had my job before me have been using this type of check at this Kroger for years now, as well. So you telling me you don't take this type of check at all, and the fact a line was building up behind me, got me a bit flustered, since you all have taken this kind of check before without issue. This kind of situation is also one of my worst nightmares, as I hate being the person who holds up a growing line.

Regardless, I am sorry for being "difficult" as they say. You didn't deserve my frustration, as you were just doing your job. And to the other customers... for holding up the line. I couldn't apologize immediately (i was barely able to get through talking to the manager), as I was overwhelmed and on the verge of tears. So, I'm leaving this review in hopes you will see it or management will pass it on to you.

I know you probably have dealt with worse, but I am still sorry for being one of those people. I could have handled the situation better.

I want to give a huge shout out to Karen in the Floral department. It was the Anniversary of my brother in laws passing, and we were on vacation in Savannah, and the White Lilly has significant meaning when remembering him. Karen was absolutely amazing, it is seldom in this day and age to find an employee with such a desire to help, and at the same time give a great deal. If I didn't live in Canada, I would 100% be there anytime I needed flowers! She is truly the best!

This review is for an exemplary employee: Rose. I was in the store and noticed a specific hard to find chocolate bar. I asked someone for assistance and they pointed me to to Rose. She was the ultimate professional and delivered such a great customer service that many doctors should learn from her on how to emulate. She listened well, did her due diligence in trying to find more of the product and even offered to check the stock availability at other stores. She gave me a time to call back the store when her shift ended and managed to make herself available and nearby to take the call. She managed to find an additional box of the chocolates and left the product so that I could pick it up at my convenience. She is a super human for going out of the way and I think Kroger should compensate such outstanding folks appropriately. Rose was the best part of my trip to Savannah! Best of luck!

Very good, except stock on shelves were low. Was not surprised considering we just had the hurricane Irma go through and food stamps loaded early for people. Also emergency additional monies were added to peoples accounts.

Bathrooms are spacious since that's the first place my boys run to. However they are always cleaning them. If I am I need of something that isn't stocked, they are apologetic and call other locations. Customer service is 👍

I just wanted to say what a lovely neighborhoodly experience I had in your store today! I left my phone in the produce section and I had multiple employees and customers trying to help me find it and empathizing with me and it was above and beyond what I would expect. To the two beautiful women who were working self check out today, May 1, 2019 Around 1:00 PM, THANK YOU for being so compassionate and helpful! I wish I had asked your names. Just feeling grateful that you’re my neighborhood Kroger ❤

I love this store. It's always clean and the people who work there are always friendly. I laid my wallet down and when I realized what I had done the person who was selling newspaper got up immediately and helped me find my wallet. She suggested that I go to the customer service and ask about my wallet. The gentleman behind the counter had it and gave it to me with my bank cards and 💰 all there. I do everything in Kroger. I shop groceries, use pharmacy, and get gas as well. I love Kroger Geometry. The Pharmacist always answer my question willingly. Keep up the good work.

We had a really nice cashier today she was very fast and accurate. She was friendly and also asked us that we find everything we were looking for and really meant it. Thank you for your time and patience because we had a lot of groceries.

There's always great service here. From the customer service counter to personally helping customers transport their groceries to their vehicle....
There's amazing sales and a lot of items in the store to choose from, even though the building is pretty small. Also, if any item is too hard to find ,there's always someone willing to help out the best way they can. Even, New workers have a sense of how to help out customers with the limited stuff they know....

Najeh was so helpful. He resolved a difficult checkout issue that no other staff could resolve. Please give this man a raise and a bonus…. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
