I was surprised that the store was in full bloom - lots of items on sale. I found a size 14 slipper and looked for a sports coat.

Had so much fun shopping here on Thanksgiving night/Black Friday! Not crowded but still lots of good sales. Very relaxed shopping. Clean, neat aisles and racks. Nicely maintained. I like that theyre open til 2am on Black Friday! Great convenient location.

This is one of the better Macy's I've been to in recent memory. Easy to get to and find parking, great selection and plenty of social distancing during this crazy pandemic! The staff are very attentive to your shopping needs, I highly recommend this Macy's if you're in Simi Valley

Amazing how it's merchandise in one store has a lot to find. Or help you to order in store for home delivery. Found a beautiful pink sapphire and diamond necklace for my granddaughter with help from very nice staff. Was delivered to my home with no issues.

Macys has some nice plus size clothes and tried on quite a few items. But budgeted. And only set on one item . Some Denim Jean's. And the dressing rooms were clean, and the Restroom was fair. And the Macys Lady that helped me was very professional ,helpful , and worked with me to get more for my money. Without getting a credit card. I also had a bit left on a gift card. It was reasonable. I was very happy with my purchase today in Simi Valley Macys.

For some reason I believed this Macy’s was abandoned and closed. Yet walking inside there are many deals and a good amount of people enjoying their shopping experience. Clean organized and divine!
