Taylor at this location was the sweetest! Incredible customer service. I walked in the second they opened and the entire staff was very welcoming and all had smiles on their faces. Taylor was exceptional working the dressing room. Not only was she helpful to me, but also to everyone else around the store. A really great shopping experience from the moment I walked in to the second I left.

I bought a pair of leggings a few months ago that I adore, but noticed a small hole in them the other day. I came in to exchange them. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. They replaced my leggings for free, giving me a brand new pair. Great service, great products. I’ve been shopping with them for years and this is the first issue with their clothing I’d ever had

Superb Customer service! While this location is on the smaller side compared to other Lulu locations in the area, they do an excellent job of keeping plenty of inventory. Associates are always pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. Definitely a fan of the complementary alterations! Overall, a fantastic brand and even more delightful team @westlake lululemon.

Great costumer service. Despite the fact that I walked in with a return... that usually throws costumer service out the window.

Emily went above and beyond looking for alternatives and sizes to fit me.
She is also has a lot of product knowledge. Definitely shopping at this location again.

I have been order Lululemon forever online. I have SO MANY Lululemon items. But, when I visited this store, Emily was not only Ridiculously Nice but also Ridiculously Knowledgable on what i really needed. She knew my sport of choice and she knew exactly what would work for me. Although I was there less than a hour I was truly impressed. She assisted so many customers and was pulled in so many ways but gave each of us undivided attention. Excellent employee.

I went to this store to purchase a gift. They did not have the size I needed in the store. Cassidy helped me to locate the item I needed and have it shipped. She was not just courtesies and professional, but cheerful and extra helpful. Thank you!

The service was awesome here. The selection isn't as extensive as what's online but all the leggings I was looking for were there. The store is really clean as well.

but and amazing bag discovered it had a hold in one of the pockets and the exchange did straight away know houses and even gave me the extra internal bag from the return item because it had the Lululemon name and double tassels
