Marmalade Cafe - Westlake Village

We had Sunday brunch and sat outside and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We started with a fruit mimosa
Champagne with orange juice and your choice of mango, blood orange, or peach. Entrée #1: Spicy Chorizo Benedict Chipotle hollandaise, three poached eggs, toasted English muffins, spicy chorizo, cilantro & pico de gallo. Entree#2: Bacon, Mushroom, Spinach & Goat
Cheese Frittata with Marmalade, Potatoes, and English muffin. Entrée #3: Garden vegetable egg white frittata with carrots, squash, zucchini, red onions, mushrooms, baby spinach, tomato & fresh basil baked into a flat omelet with 3 egg whites. Served with Marmalade potatoes & choice of toast.

My wife and I were here for Happy Hour and thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails and food. Each dish was excellent and our server, Dayna, was friendly and attentive (and I'll be eternally grateful for her introducing their Warm Garlic Shrimp Bruschetta dish to us).

Beautiful location with nice outdoor seating by a fountain and a pond. The food was good: fish tacos, chicken and wild rice soup and the Hollywood Cobb were all tasty. The service was great. Our waitress was very attentive when the food wasn't up. Nice place.

I have been going here for many years, and although I ultimately enjoyed my meal enough to say I will go back....the place has definitely gone downhill. The place used to be lively, and others must have felt pretty much the same. I gave 4 stars, which should have been 3 and the atmosphere hasn't chained indoors or out, which I gave a solid 5 star because indoors can be interesting with all the stuff on the walls and the outside has a water feature near the patio railing which can be nice for couples!

We were 16 of us for a reservation at 11.30. The table was ready but we got the outside front location instead of the preferred back spot.
Kids orders went in first and we were accommodated quickly to ensure the little ones had their meals. Mac and cheese and pasta were up to par though I could argue the cost could be questioned by some for the kids menu.
The place was quite busy and our food was coming out as it was ready.
The pineapple and dark chocolate pancakes were table favorites and so was their vegan burger. One of the items was missing from the order which they corrected and took sometime to come out.
Overall a great spot with food ambiance and solid brunch/lunch choices.

I love brunch on vacation, and have high standards for quality of food. I found Marmalade Cafe in my search, and liked what I saw on the menu. Located in the beautiful Promenade at Westlake Village, the location was just the first plus. The food and drinks were both incredible, so much so that we returned a couple of days later for more. Can get pricey with sides and drinks but I think is worth the price. I ordered the Dark Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pancakes with Grade A syrup upgrade, a cup of seasonal berries, orange juice and a Caramel Latte (10/10). My wife ordered Avocado Toast which was also fresh and delicious.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There's a lovely water fountain outside as well a See's candy next door 😊😊

Great little breakfast and lunch spot with several seating options (inside, outside, bar, etc.). Food and service were wonderful! Serving sizes were quite large.

Such a great place for brunch!!! The food is so good, the staff are incredibly friendly. Anyone who walks past you checks to make sure you are doing well, the Manager is always on the floor conversing with customers. Very nice place

The service there is better than perfect. Quick, efficient, people friendly. The place was packed but didn't have to wait to be seated. They also have 2 patios. Good is delicious.
1/15/24 I just went there after their remodel and absolutely love the change. The inside eating area now is so open and roomy. It feels even better than before. What I really noticed yesterday evening, around 7:30 pm on 1/15/24 was the service. Wow. Perfect as can be. I don't know the name of the girl that served us but she deserves a hundred stars.

We had delicious Margaritas and tuna with seaweed and nachos and the sweet potato fries with spicy chipotle aioli. Nice setting, with beautiful patio space.
Loved it, great service, will be back for sure!

Super friendly staff. Food was served hot and quick. One the way out of the restaurant, seven staff members wished us happy holidays and for eating at their restaurant. They made me feel so good. Outstanding!

Great food and service. It's in a pleasant spot and it has a relaxing atmosphere. A great place for breakfast or brunch.

Loved eating breakfast here! The staff was attentive and made sure our table was clean. Got our food in a timely manner. I think they just want you to feel relaxed at the restaurant without rushing you to leave so we basically had to ask for the check rather than them bringing it when they think we are finished. Would come here again.

Okay so the food and drinks were so good, itbis on the pricier side though. Totally worth it if you want to indulge!

We were visiting the area and decided to check this place out! Food was awesome along with fantastic friendly service. Also, really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and vibe of the place. Shout out to our waiter Alex for making the entire experience a memorable one!

Increasingly disappointed with this place. I understand how difficult it must be to run a restaurant right now. And while I am trying to be a good member of the community and do my part to help keep the local restaurants afloat, I continue to be let down by many of them. Marmalade has been no exception. This past Sunday might have been the last straw for us.

We have ordered food for pick up about 6 times since April. Not once has our order been right. It's either been missing condiments, sauce, bread, toast, or something of that nature. Pretty trivial for the most part. I'm inclined to let that slide. But with what breakfast is costing and what we are getting in return, it's time to speak up.

It would be one thing if there was a line out the door for to go orders and things came out the way they did yesterday as a result, but there wasn't. I'm just going to post the picture and let you see for yourself. All I did was move the toast. There were not three eggs on that. The potatoes looked/tasted old, the bread was stale, and the onions were all burnt. The hollandaise and hash were solid, though. For $20 bucks with the tip, I'm going to be giving this place a hard pass until things get back to normal.

We have been there for Valentine's Day. Service and food both were great.

This establishment is absolutely one I would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality meal in this area. The menu offers a lot of variety to accommodate many dietary preferences or restrictions. However, their pasta dishes are delicious and you receive a large portion of food that can certainly be more than enough for a second meal depending on your appetite. Looking forward to visiting again!
