I love PetSmart, the prices are very good. They always give you extra products when you buy a certain amount and a certain products. Highly recommended.

I recently adopted a kitty cat and PetSmart in Westlake was the only place I could find that did "cat grooming". Making an appointment was super easy and the scheduling associate was friendly and helpful throughout the process. This is my first cat and Angela, The Groomer was extremely helpful and super sweet with teaching me some things about my new kittycat. On our way out Angela suggested we buy some cat toys since they were on sale due to it being Valentines Day. To my surprise we got an additional discount due to scheduling our grooming services on Valentines day and we ended up getting our two cat toys for free. My cat left a happy cat :)

Even though, they say they carry gentle giant. They did not have any. Leading me to believe that you can only order it online.

Richard my dog groomer is really great. He always did an excellent job. He treated my dog very well, he is so friendly and I’m always happy with his service. Billy my dog always smell super good, clean and cut well. He is very knowledgeable with what he is doing. I highly recommended him.

Great experience shopping after the COVID-19 shut down; store was clean and requiring everyone to wear face masks, so I felt safe. The floors were marked at checkout to ensure appropriate social distancing. Employees were friendly and helpful as always. I was happy to be able to get what my pets’ needed items from my trusted local source — Petsmart always has what I need at the best prices. Thank you!!

This petsmart is really large and well stocked, they're usually very short on staff so the wait in line can be a bit longer than usual, but I usually order ahead for pickup. Other than that great facility and friendly staff.

The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order which had several discounts to be applied and needed to be rung up a certain way. She was the best person I've dealt with yet at PetSmart.

Overall one of the better PetSmart locations. Always clean and the animals look healthy and clean. Usually stocked very well too.

The people were very courteous here and the story was very clean and very organized. It's just a shame that it's so expensive! Thought I was spending like 40 $50 I ended up spending twice as much!

It was a sunny and nice day. I walked in, stopped out of the way of people and scanned the Isle clue boards. I went down all the isles any way. I am exploring new cat foods. I am overwhelmed with about 2 isles of cat food, each packaged with artwork in one format or another. Just focusing on each bag as I walk by had slowed me to a half step walk. I came upon what I needed and am trying one with a Bobcat on blue foil.

During this rather challenging time, Pet Smart has gone out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. I was able to order online and call the store when i got there and got my items.... They make it easy to shop there.

I got chicken and sweet potato small breed bites for my Cairn Terrier. She will eat these kibbles even without a topping or gravy.

We love the friendly, helpful staff who genuinely cares about pets and animal welfare !

1st time to be in groomer for Bath & Blow dry. Wonderful service & my baby felt & smelled amazing for almost 3 weeks after. Amazing product they must use!
