AT&T Store

I’m at the AT&T store and I had a lot of questions and issues with my phone and connections with the Internet and Soren walked me through the problems and did even more than just fix those. He fixed everything else that was wrong with the phone, so thank you AT&T for hiring such a good person!

Christian was the one who helped me and made my visit very easy and simple. With such hospitality of being cool calm collective fixing and helping my tech problems. Thank you Christian for making my experience smooth.

Ryan N. & Matthew L. are the definition of professionals. They were incredibly patient in answering all of my questions when switching services, as well as getting my new phone up and running. They made sure to lay out all of my options and make suggestions that fit my needs best. Moving forward, I will only be coming to this location! Thank you for a GREAT experience.

I walked in with my mom and Matthew greeted us immediately. His patience with all our question was admirable! He changed two screens in a jiffy. It’s guys like Matthew that deserve recognition for going above and beyond and making it a great experience!!!

Excellent customer service. Not sure of the name of the worker, but he worked Sunday all by himself (long dark hair) and was catering to every customer in an efficient manner. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient.

June was incredibly friendly and helpful - a super nice person. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the technology and was able to explain it so the average person could understand. My sons and I left the store with smiles on our faces!

Visited this store yesterday to get my Girlfriends phone upgraded. The only person there was the manager Joe, and he took great care of us. Not only was he helpful from the start with getting us what we needed, he went above and beyond to assure that we were receiving that best service we could get. (Without paying more) I have been an AT&T customer for many years and can without a doubt say that this experience further established my trust in using AT&T. Thanks Joe!

For years this location had salespeople that would convince you that you needed more than you needed, causing you to spend more than you expected. But now they have a whole new sales force that are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Matthew was the best!!!

There were only two people working so it took some time to get helped but once we got help from Jessica, she made sure to be patient with us. She got us the best trade in offer and took the time to get our phone transferred. A gentleman from the back was also helpful and very kind when we had some issues transferring the data.

I had a great experience with Joe in the Morristown location. He was offering great advice, was very knowledgeable, and gave me honest opinions on everything I asked. Thank you, Joe! I highly recommend this location. BTW-I spoke with Jessica the night before my visit and she was great, too!

The manager, Joe was phenomenal. We are new to AT&T and another store manager messed up our contract and gave us all the wrong information. We went to Morristown and Joe took the time to go over our bill and explain everything step by step. He went out of his way to fix the previous mistakes. We will definitely be working with him again for any future needs.

I came in looking for a new phone my sales person Brian A. Was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help me he took his time to listen to me and offered me what I wanted he helped me set up the phone also he was very patient and even good at selling me add on's I will definitely recommend this store to all I know every one in there was fabulous. I had been in the store in September and walked out due to poor service. I was reluctant to come back but I am glad I did. Looks like a new staff and manager are there now. I was definitely pleased with the service and recommend this spot to all. Especially Brian.

We were helped by Joe Camilo tonight and received the best support we could have asked for! He helped us with every question and technical difficulty, and we really appreciated his support and help. Even though we came in close to closing time, he was patient, professional, personable and punctilious with me and my technologically challenged mother.

The manager Joe was great and Jessica was really good to work with. Both helped me resolve my issue and were real professional. Definitely will come back to this store

Great customer service. I bought my phone and they transfer the files and apps from my old phone to my new phone without any problem.
The lady who sold the phone explaine to me exactly how much and when I will be charge. Very transparent.
They were patient and took their time with me
