Rex Ace Hardware

Instead of burning gas and driving all over town or buying on line, I will get the dog and walk on down to check here first. They are an Ace affiliate, so Ace weekly specials are on sale. This is definitely a fix-it friendly store with a fantastic assortment of fasteners. I've made 90% of my plumbing repairs with off the sheld parts here. Wonderful kitchen and canning supplies. Staff are knowledgeable and some are the sweetest people in town.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Not only does this hardware store has everything and the kitchen sink but the employees have a wealth of knowledge and will guide you in any of your handyman tasks. There is an plethora of kitchen gadget's and the greeting card has something for every occasion. Then there are some handmade artisans products.

Best selecting and personnel anywhere! I needed poles for our olive rakes. They suggested telescoping "websters", unscrewed the Webster end and screwed on my rakes. Even showed me how to how to use them to attach paint rollers if the need arises

Very helpful crew, especially sensitive to the needs of senior citizens. They have a large enough staff that you don't have to wait too long to get individual attention.

Petaluma Rex hardware, a foundation in downtown Petaluma cater to the town. Wonderful staff! Best hardware store ever beats the hell out of Friedman's. No lumber

I love how there's a "ladies" side of the store and a "guy's" side. 😂 Everyone's happy at our local Rex Ace Hardware! Both sides are stocked to the gills with cool stuff. What a true Petaluma gem!

Jeff was absolutely amazing; he was very kind and personable while he helped me with a project I was working on. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him!

You can find almost anything here, from a cast iron pan to a metric nut and bolt, rechargeable batteries, a nice buck knife, backpacks, vinyl table top cloth, candy, wind chimes. Staff is always available too, if you tell em what you're working on or messed up they'll help.

Great local hardware store. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Save some time hunting around the big box hardware store for some simple things for around the house. Dog friendly store which is a huge bonus. I was able to get a new silicone spatula and some weather stripping in a 5 minute stop. I'd have been searching for an hour at a big box hardware store and still would have had to go to a different store for the spatula.

The ladies and gentlemen at this store were knowledgeable, experienced professionals. They were polite and courteous and did everything they could to help their customers. It's one of those places where you walk in and instantly feel like you are a part of a group looking for a solution. I love shopping at places like this because customer service feels so natural. Great shop and just what you expect when shopping at a local Ace Hardware. Wish I could give more stars!

The best ever, that's for the extremely professional and great customer service, as for asking Google where to find a particular item they said Ace had it, someone should ensure that if you advertise its available if not pull the flipping ad.

I never walk in without being greeted. There's always someone who'll walk me to the product. I never go to a big-box store if there's an Ace within 5 miles (you know, gas prices) or if they're close to each other.

Has the feel of an old fashioned family store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and an excellent array of items. It's a fine place for a rummage and a bit of DIY advice. Made this Englishmen feel at home. I recommend this store to you all, here in beautiful Petaluma.

This spacious, cheerful shop is loaded with great products and staffed with friendly, knowledgeable folks. No wonder they've been in business 99 years!!!
