Hey there! Just wanted to share my positive experience with Raven's service. It was top-tier - she was timely, approachable, and assisted me in exactly the way I needed. So grateful for her help!

Mr. J Veal at Towne Center was real helpful without any attitude seem like all his coworkers enjoy him. Also gave him respect . A real pleasant attitude, young man above and beyond exceptional service. Need more people like him in this world!!

My service was amazing! They were very informative and made sure we knew exactly what we were paying for. Also made it an enjoyable time for their customers. I left with a new phone! Thank you to Emelee and Joe❤

The store is clean and the reps work with you as quickly as they can. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will go get it. It’s not meant to be a test but more just determination to see how awesome they can be. This location exudes that.
The store is stocked with most items with some variety if you are looking for that accessory. I felt no pressure in making a decision on anything. Yes I will keep going back to this store to do business.

My previous carrier (T-Mobile) was a pain to deal with so I was super pleased to have real customer service at the AT&T Store. Both the manager and the employee that helped me were very nice and willing to help any way they could. They were also very knowledgeable about all of the available plans and options. Any time I need something I will definitely visit that same store. Highly recommend!

My sale Rep Sylvester was extremely helpful, informative, and a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and showed alot of passion for servicing my wife and I. He really made it a very delightful experience. If you're in the Baton-Rouge store make sure you ask for him.

Went back at ATT after two months with another provider. Darringio, my sales associate, was very helpful and thorough in signing me back up with ATT. This store has great people working there that knows all about the ins and outs of different phones.

My rep Raven was so amazing, kind, and thorough. I don't know how she did it, but she was able to save my precious photo memories to my new phone. My old phone was destroyed and barely worked. She did it!!

Darringio was very kind and patient with me. I stopped in because my phone sim card isn't working. He tried everything he could before we realized it was the phone itself. He was very helpful walking me through everything & helped me get my insurance claim taken care of. Thank you again!

We came in with hotspot problems. The representative Raven Joubert was amazing. She got us away from prepaid mess got us set with a good plan for our hot spot. Raven has the most patience and is so friendly will be returning to her for any future AT&T needs

My visit to the AT&T store(in Town Center,BR,La,) was totally awesome. I had zero wait time when I walked through the door. Leslie B took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth transition to my new phone. She really showed me that she valued me as a customer and she cared. My experience started with the phone call. Unfortunately I don’t recall the young man’s name that answered the phone. He was very pleasant when I called and asked him if it was a good time to stop by to upgrade my phone. He said it was. I made it to the store and there were quite a few customers in the store. I was immediately greeted by I think the same young man on the phone. Even though the store was busy my wait time was very short. That really impressed me. I was matched with NADIA. I put that in all caps so if anyone reads the reviews I want to be sure their eye is drawn to her name so they will read the review so they can see how amazing she was. Extremely knowledgable. She answered all my questions without hesitation. She was engaging to the point I tried to hire her for an open position I needed to fill. ( I’m sorry to the Manger for trying to steal her) she gave me very clear information . She was even kind enough to give me her personal cell phone number for any questions. We completed the transaction and I was to bring my old phone back the following week. Nadia told me she would not be in but made arrangements for REAGAN to assist me. When I made it to the store to return the phone REAGAN greeted me immediately and called me by name. With as many customers they deal with I was very impressed that she knew who I was. She accepted my trade and completed all of the paperwork and I was on my way. I was a bit confused as to how the credit was listed. I went back in the store and basically interrupted her with the customer she was working with. She displayed no frustration and tried to assist me. I still had some confusion but I did not want to take up anymore of her time. So I decided I would just photo the receipts and send them to Nadia for her to look into when she had time. I sent the photos just before I started this review. She literally called me within 2 minutes of receiving the photos. In conclusion - the work force today is terrible at best. BUT these 2 young ladies gave me customer service I would have never expected. Everyone in the store was just the same. NADIA introduced me to the Manager and she smiled and was very pleasant. ATT whatever you are paying them is probably not enough. As someone who has to hire employees on a regular basis you are lucky! Even though REAGAN and NADIA are both in school they were extremely focused on their job. I hope you tell them how valuable they are. Your success as a business is in their hands! I will refer everyone I know to that store and to request those two ladies. signed - A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Sherini was excellent with a willingness to help. She is affectionate to your needs kind caring and concerned in all ways professionally possible. She exhibits professional and very courteous service. She strives to assure you are a satisfied customer upon leaving the Corporate business. And offers you her full support and information, should a problem occur after purchasing.
