You guys are always on top of your game when it comes to having my package delivered and ship!! Love you guys! I highly recommend having all of your package ship and delivered there. The staff at UPS Store 1717 are great. Accommodating, proactive, professional and really nice. Today, Ernie was the man! His quick thinking made it possible for me to get my print job done after another location dropped the ball.

The associates at this store are always eager to assist and always ensure a seamless experience. This store provides many services to fulfill your shipping needs.

I was in the store 2 days in a row and both times I was absolutely impressed by Renee’s customer service from the moment she recognizes you are needing service, her expedited delivery of care, and her making sure everything has been taken care of at that time. And if that isn’t fantastic enough about her service, she does all of this with kindness and a smile on her face. She is connected to you as an individual from the beginning to the end. What a refreshing experience. I never felt like I had to make myself known to be able to get care from her. After dealing with store after store with apathetic workers she is worth a trip to UPS even if you don’t need to do any mailing! L O L

Everytime I go here I am pleased with the service.

I was there one day and the young lady behind the counter had to deal with a very rude customer from the beginning who wanted to cut the line.

It is very difficult to work with the public when they come in with an attitude they are more important than those ahead of them just because they were in a hurry.

I applaud the young lady for keeping her demeanor in check the best you could under those circumstances.

This store is great! The employees are friendly and always very helpful. Ernie helped me today and super patient with helping me take care of the things I needed to do. If I need to mail packages, fax, or print this is the only store I will go to!

Great service! I uploaded and ordered a print job, called to confirm, and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this UPS store!

I have never had an issue at this store but today was especially grand. Renee was able to ship a package for me and notarize 3 documents in under 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and wearing masks. Keep up the great work because it is appreciated.

The Staff and Service I receive at this UPS Store - Is Diplomatic, Curteous and The Most Professional I've ever received at any shipping company.

Each time I've needed to ship an item or letter. I have without even thinking about it, have used this UPS location.

I live in Herndon, Virginia.

And because I know from "years" experience that I will get the Top Quality Professional Products and Services at this location.

Ernie is the Manager at this location.

You cannot ask for a More Professional, More Sincere, Most Kind and Most Respectful Person that Ernie.

He treats you with curteousy and respect and I've heard him speaking in very caring tone to his staff.

Great customer service and patience with customers. I don’t have to wait long and the staff appear to work hard to get us in and out. My last visit was so great it prompted me to write this review. My experience with UPS is a stark difference from my experiences at the post office. Thank you guys!

Every time that I have had to deal with Ernie, he has been helpful and professional. Today, I had send a check in the mail. I wasn't sure if I should send it via Certified mail or Certified mail with return receipt. He was polite and helped me to decide. Usually, when I go to the local post office, the workers are rude and nasty. I'll keep coming back to the UPS Store in Canterbury Village Shopping Center because of the good service.

My Go To

I don’t even bother with the Manassas Post office anymore, especially since they offer USPS services too. Whenever I have any mail, large shredding, or occasional faxing need, I stop by my local UPS store. They seem to do it all.

I usually get fast service, and the staff is friendly and helpful, at request providing options for the most economical shipping rates. I don’t even have to seal or finish packing! They take care of it for me. Too, they also offer AAA discount on a lot of their services. Like I said, this place is my go to.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, shipping packages 3-4 times monthly. They have produced booklets, scanned documents, mass produces copies. The customer service is consistently high quality. I never have to wait, they know and remember my name. This customer service is hard to find in today's retail environment, and for this reason, I never go to the post office. Cudos Ernie and staff
