Eric is awesome! He gave a warm greeting, was incredibly friendly, and helped me problem-solve inquiries I had about my account and benefits. This is a great store conveniently located in The Villages next to Winn-Dixie. It was clean, organized, cheery, and in good repair. I highly recommend this location!

Isaiah did a super job of helping me resolve a lingering billing problem. He was patient, professional and most of all fixed the issue.

The guys at this store are amazing! Ian, Isiah and (the manager), Austin are so patient, so kind and go above and beyond! I had an issue with a new phone, that had to go through Customer Care. Austin and I talked with them for about 2 hours. We had the run around until we got a hold of Stephanie in Tampa. Talk about making things happen. She is definitely the one I wish we had started with. I honestly thought that after 22 years with T-Mobile, I’d have to switch companies. These guys and Stephanie are the reason I’m staying ! Definitely need more quality people like them! Thanks guys! You truly are the best!

T-Mobile is always so helpful. Especially with tech-disabled person such as I am. Interested in purchasing a new phone, I don't need it to do everything at ultra high speed and they are happy to help me decide.

I’ve had a mobile phone since they were as large as a shoe box! Along with having a variety of cell phones and providers, I’ve been a happy customer of T-Mobile for five plus years consecutively. Like most customers, it’s not easy to find the sweet spot with all of the different services provided by different carriers...however for my needs, T-Mobile is the very best!

Having had a number of people who are the unsung heroes, those working at the store, the most excellent service I’ve EVER experienced is by a young man named Diego. Go to the T-Mobile store on Burnsed, and ask for him specifically. He isn’t a manager yet, but I can see that happening! I was amazed how easily he navigated the different plans offered by T-Mobile, found the best deal for me, sold a new IPhone 12, and appropriated the right amount of memory, which previously I picked blindly. I’ve returned to the store three times, and Diego was exactly the same...kind, patient, and very detail oriented. Diego even put on a glass saver without ONE FINGERPRINT...very conscientious. I even brought a glass cloth to clean my phone due to previous experience...which was less than stellar. Not Diego...he brings service to a new level!

Thank you Diego, and T-Mobile. I’m more than simply satisfied with the service you provided, I’m ecstatic!

Our customer service rep at the Burnsed Store in The Villages was Blase C. What a nice young man. Very knowledgable, very helpful, and very patient. He helped us to understand what we needed to do regarding our damaged phones with regards to warranty coverage and also what our options were in considering new phones. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We would highly recommend T-Mobile service as their sales reps and customer service are excellent! Highly recommend going into this store if you are in need of a phone, accessories or cell plan conversion. The customer service was impeccable. The day I went in was extremely busy several day before Christmas and all staff were courteous and attentive which is rare when there are so many people needing assistance. I had the pleasure of doing most of my sale purchase with Jerel the manager and I can not praise him enough. I definitely felt he was very calm and aware. He has an amazing team working within this store location. I would rate his store and all staff a 10

Great store. I travel from Gainesville just to come and have the workers in this specific store work on my devices. They’re not your regular sales people, yes meeting their sales matter but they’re not pushy like the other sales people at other stores. They’re trying to help you get the best bang for your buck. Their knowledge of different phones and their hospitality is unmatched. Their service is always fast and fantastic. That young man Jerel is the best.. very professional he’s the best asset to the store!!

I had T-Mobile service 2 years ago and made the mistake of switching carriers. I returned last week and plan to never switch again. T-Mobile has good cell phone service, various value packages and this store has courteous and knowledgeable employees - important for me, because I am a technological cave man.

I wanted to upgrade my wife's iPhone and since we are not tech savvy we were quite apprehensive. Our expert TMOBIL tech, Blaze, was simply outstanding. We are an older couple and Blaze made us feel so comfortable. He spoke slowly and never gave us the impression that we were asking too many questions. He explained our options very clearly that I really felt like I knew what option would be best for me. I asked if he were the manager because managers go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. Blaze said he was not a manager but hopefully will be one someday. My recommendation is to make that day come sooner than later. Blaze, thank you so much for helping us.

Angel and Emanuel were awesome. They are Very patient and friendly. We have spent several hours here trying to fix inherent sprint issues . We were treated very good. I was ready to leave sprint before I met these gentlemen.

Emanuel and Angel went above and beyond! They stayed late, figured out the best options for me. Got new iPhone and the best part, my bill was over 400 a mth and now it is half that price with amazing customer service! Great job!!

I’ve been with Tmobile almost 14 years. This is the best retail store I have ever been in. The manager and the sales representative were excellent and very professional. I had an issue with my phone and the manager bent over backwards to try and help me. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

My husband and I visited the T-Mobile location in Leesburg, Fl. When we arrived we were greeted by Robert. Very polite, very patient, and very understanding because while my husband is tech savvy, I’m technically challenged. Lol…. But not a worry, as Robert worked for almost the last 3 hours of his shift to get 3 new phones activated, and our service transferred for us. Robert was very knowledgeable in showing us how to access the features, as well as how to take advantage of the free Netflix, and other bonuses we received when we chose to switch over to T-Mobile. I will recommend Robert to my friends and family in the future, if your looking for a new phone, look into T-Mobile, Go and meet Robert, you will be glad you did! 👍🏼😊

I travel a lot for work and have been to many t-mobile locations for various reasons. I never really felt like a valued customer, but I recently went to this location and had an associate but the name of Angèl (I believe that’s the way you spell it) take care of me. He showed me an experience I will never forget. I truly hope you keep this employee around because he is an asset to the company.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store. We were assisted by the manager, Jerel, in purchasing a new cell phone for my mother. She was switching from Android to IOS so the process was a bit involved. He handled it all so professionally and was even able to go above and beyond what we originally expected in terms of transferring her applications from the old device, not to mention providing her a chair to make her more comfortable during the process. Kudos to Jerel and his team. Well done.
