IHOP

Never been to this IHOP location before, but my dad was extremely hungry after a surgery.. excellent service and staff assisting us to the nearest table, brought us coffee before we could even ask 😆 we all had the biscuit and gravy combo just different cooked eggs I'm always total scrambled lol just perfect and yes I love lots of pepper 😉

Yesterday (5/27/24) I took my 2 daughters (ages 3 & 6) to this IHOP location. Our waitress Missy was amazing. Trying to interact with my daughters as they hid behind one another in the booth. Very friendly and fast service.

On the other hand while we were eating I over heard a conversation with another customer and the greeter. The customer was asking for her bill. The greeter informed her that she need to get it from her waitress. The customer then ask if the greeter could let the waitress know that she was ready for her bill. At which the greeter reply can't you see I'm working. VERY RUDE.

my waitress was maggie and she was the SWEETEST girl ever check ins were perfectly timed and we didn’t have to wait long at all!

I had a Tmobile Tuesday promotion for pancakes and the app wasn't working. The manager (not sure of her name- Brunette) was very kind, patient, and efficient. She worked with me to resolve my issue, got my meal prepared, was very welcoming, and provided great customer service. Thank you for your help and I appreciate you making my morning !

KC is an excellent greeter & hostess! She made us feel like valued customers. The pancakes, bacon, and service were fine too. Thanks!

My 1st time going to this location since the remodel. It was during breakfast and it was very busy. The service was as good as could be expected. I was not bad, just busy. I must say the Colorado omelet and pancakes were delicious 😋

Maggie’s service was exceptional and I loved the food even more, all around 5 Star

Lynne is amazing! The food was amazing as well despite them being busy. We had to wait awhile to get a biscuit as the kitchen gave us pancakes instead.

I'm giving this 5 stars because of our server Judy who was great. The hostess KC has poor people skills and shouldn't have a job working with people plain and simple.

Was the best experience ever had. The waitress should get 10 stars. The food and sevice was great. The restaurant was clean. I would highly recommend for dining.

Lunch was great, along with all the servers.

Service from Carmela was a 5 star! She was super friendly, fast and very attentive with refills and any side items needed. Will go there just to have see her again! That’s how customer service should be, but it’s hard to find good customer service anymore.

KC is absolutely the best hostess extremely patient and has her act together. We had an issue with a Togo order that was not her fault and she made it right...I couldn't ask for a better experience.....on a scale between 1-10 I'll give Y’all a 9.5 and I'll give KC and the team lead a 10.5

Hadn't been to an ihop in forever , was pleasantly surprised to have great food. Service was fast and the coffee strong. Enjoyed it.

We love eating at this IHOP. The food is always cooked correctly and good. The service here is good. They have updated the property, and it is nice. And we never feel guilty about spending money toveat put because the prices are such a good value. With the IHOP app, we even save more. We are not cheap people, but we do have a budget.

It was my first time visiting an IHOP. I had a really good omelette. I thought it was all pancakes but I was wrong. Pleasantly surprised.

The service was great. The food was hot and our order was prepared quickly. I had onion rings for appetizers. Breakfast sampler was just enough. Great for quick stops.

I've lived here 13 years, but yesterday was my first visit to this IHOP. It won't be my last. Everything was what you would want from a restaurant like this. Food was delicious, served hot and as ordered. Service was great. I'll definitely go there again.

Excellent food and service. Not too crowded. Very friendly and helpful server. Order was just as ordered, with the changes we made. Prices were moderate. Paid less here than other big chain restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant.
