These folks are quick and easy to help you you on your way inside. The drive through seems to always be busy for whatever reason. I typically see 4 cars in line.

Inside it is clean and organized. Plenty of inventory.

The staff seems to be always multitasking with mutliple customers, on the work phone not the one used to speak to us, while waiting on us in drive thru. They close really early in the day which is not accommodating to me. I work days but cant always get there before they close especially on weekends.

First, the pharmacy was unable to fill my prescription even though I have a standing prescription every single month and I have been using their pharmacy for over a year. However, when I called to discuss this matter, the lady Kristina (not sure of the spelling) who helped me in the pharmacy did a fantastic job walking me through the problem, even though I was frustrated. She was calm and professional, and she was able to explain what happened-even if I did not really understand exactly why. She made the effort to find another Walgreens that would have the medicine fully in stock-as mine cannot be partially filled-AND I’m completely out of the medication.
She handled the job professionally and I wanted to make sure people know that if you need help, at this Walgreens, I would ask for Kristina!

Joanne in pharmacy could have at least smiled...I guess I'm just used to the smiling faces from Inverness. Hopefully next month, someone else will wait on us!
