If you enjoy getting ALL of your mail, ALL of your packages without a single error and the assistance of a staff that greets you with a smile every time you enter their store then you want to work with this UPS Store location. Each and every employee are excellent at what they do to make our lives easier and I want to take the time to mention each of them and thank them; Ashley, Isziah, Clint, Jaylin, Kendale, Tina and Dawson.... "Thank you" for being so fabulous and taking such good care of your customers !!!

Ashley was a super friendly staff member, who quickly greeted me with a hello. Door staff member welcomed me immediately. First time i've used UPS for my own shipping, I usually use for returns. No question was too hard for Ashley and she helped guide me through the process. Excellent staff member. Thank you for making my experience a pleasurable one.

I have been to the store many times and each time everyone was super friendly and helpful. Their Sunday hours are helpful.

Wow, we’re they busy. Someone needs to give those employees a raise.

Even though a tidal wave of people crowded their tiny store, they handled it with grace.

That store needs to be twice as big and have twice the employees.

Had a number of documents that needed to be notarized and shipped. Although chaos surrounded us, the young lady handled everything flawlessly and with grace. Two thumbs up.

Edit: I find the owner’s reply disingenuous. The employees are great. The owner needs to step up and fix the problems with the store.

This place is so busy but you wouldn't know it cause the staff has got their act together! Well oiled machine. You get in and out and on with your day.

I had several packages to return to Amazon and another to mail out. One staff member came out from behind the counter to help me with the boxes. Very courteous and helpful. I did go later in the day so store was not busy.1

It was busy but I was able to print, notarize, scan, email, and mail important documents. Tasks were completed in a reasonable time frame. I was traveling, so I found it convenient that I could accomplish thiese time sensitive tasks in one location for a reasonble price. Thank you.

The staff here are friendly and provide good customer service. I had some health issues and they were very happy to bring my mail to the curb for me. Highly recommended.

I had to get pages printed quickly so I called., Vicki answered and helped me out. She got them printed fast and called me to say they were finished. I then unexpectedly had to do the same thing a week later. I didn't speak to Vicki this time but she saw it was from me and remembered and called me to say it was finished. Great customer service!!! Thanks Vicki!

I got an excellent service when I hired a mailbox there. Even when the shop receives many customers, they find a way to attend quickly. The flexibility on their service was also appreciated, when they supported me with an issue generated by an order sent to me.

Heard working and efficient staff. Sometimes they are very busy with seasonal customers and during the holidays but I've always had great professional service.
