FIVE STARS to Home Depot South Austin! They sponsor a once a month workshop for kids to use a hammer and paint to build a model truck. Very popular and the kids are having a great time learning. Way to go HD!

Debra Garcia sets the bar for A+ customer service. She has been very professional and followed through on ensuring I was taken care of for an appliance refund that needed attention. I hope management recognizes the value she brings to the team and continues to foster this kind of service for customers.

I went to buy something specific but ended up grabbing so much more since they've honestly got everything. Their layout of products is awesome too, since it seemed like everything I forgot I needed, I saw immediately.

Summary: well stocked, knowledgeable staff, and they have a tool rental center.

The details: most Home Depots appear the same from the outside however once inside, the employees and a local flair to the place by providing personalized service. Also, this particular Home Depot tool rental center which I personally enjoy because they have everything from ladders to tractors.
Parking ample but the parking lot has a lot if litter in it which is a bit of a turn off.

Good selection and probably the only Home Depot I can go in and get out quick. Not too many people for a Sunday and didn’t have to wait in line at checkout. The store is organized and everything I needed was in stock. Customer service was great also. Good selection of plants which was the main reason for my visit today. Much better than other stores I have visited ie lowes.

Thank you to Taylor and the team at Home Depot SE Austin. We put in a pick-up order for 40 patio pavers. Within 2 hours, we got the confirmation. Headed over and talked with the customer service desk, who told us to go to the contractor pickup. The person manning the checkout had a line so we talked to a couple others who helped us find the pallette of our huge order. Taylor did an amazing job getting the whole pallette in the back of our toyota 4runner. No bumps, no scratches just a perfect fit. Thank you Taylor, great forklift skills!

Super helpful staff guided me to the right, household toolbox

I tend to avoid Home Depots because of poor past experiences, especially in the customer service department. This one, however, had -the best- customer service I've received from a home improvement store to date. There were so many employees in the store that I couldn't go two aisles without being offered assistance in either locating goods or loading them into my flatbed.

Even when we got it to the van and started loading things in an employee approached and helped, too the extent that he showed us how to tie materials to the roof of the van when they wouldn't fit in the interior. We never would have made it back to our destination with supplies in hand had it not been for Manuel helping us out. Outstanding job by the employees at this location all around.

This Home Depot , is a very good store . You can usually find whatever you are looking for. I went there to exchange a product that had mechanical defaults , still under warranty. No problem , no hassle . That's business .

I-35 exit 230, on Woodward, west of interstate 35. Busy store but lots of employees ready to assist customers. I made a mistake in self checkout and it was corrected before I could finish saying I scanned something twice by accident. Parked 18 wheeler out front for half an hour or so. I'd hate to count on the space being available though. They had the 1/2" tubing I sought. Two thumbs up!

Good Morning Everyone....one more day & the weekend. I like Home Depot...it's huge & has a so much of everything for home repairs.

I had a great experience at this location today. Roman Brown had assisted me on a pickup order very friendly very helpful and was glad to help me load up my purchase. We need more people like him that care about his job And show pride about their work.

Pro Desk takes a little longer but I get to work with the same guy whom knows me & my style & formats his approach in servicing me with care. This means to me a better effort on their part to earn my money/ orders. I've been well taken care of for about 2 yrs+ at the Mueller location

The staff is pretty helpful, they recommend me good tools which were pretty good-long lasting, and the right type of flexible wood.
