Walgreens Pharmacy

I normally ordered anything I need from this location online and get same day delivery. I have never had any issues and everything I ordered I always get it. I love the rewards program they have to get extra cash first my purchases. One of the items I ordered from my last online order I needed to return it. I was assisted by Jackie C.; which I think she was a manager. She was very helpful and professional while assisting me. She was super nice and friendly and took care of my return immediately. Thank you so much, Jackie C. I loved interacting with you and your customer service skills were excellent.

In my Walgreens all prescriptions are cheaper than any other stores.

La farmacia que tiene el plan es esta. Cuando vengo uso más el servicarro por que no megustq estar tanto de pie en espera. Es además de farmacia tienda de conveniencia. Todo los artículos de primera necesidad lo vas a encontrar aquí. Esta limpia y bien organizada, tiene café y máquina de ice. Los medicamentos tiene sercio de llamada para refill y cuando está listo te llaman. Son eficiente en eso. También son amables si tienes preguntas.

This is a good location and hours are even better. Thank you for all you do to stay open. As far as the pharmacy is concern they are not well staffed nor trained for good customer service.

Standard Walgreens location

They always have our meds in stock which is great but the wait time is just ridiculous. The line for the pharmacy wraps around the back of the store. I’ve waited in line for an hour both inside the store as well as the drive through. Nobody should be allowed to sit in the drive through for over 30mins. They should be made to come inside or park and asked to wait x amount of time before returning or simply be asked to come back later. You could have helped several others while working on ONE customer in the drive through for over 30mins. The time of day is irrelevant and does not make a difference either. I’ve come as early as 6:30am, midday, and later in the evening and it makes no difference.

My own experience is you go in and appears there’s no one inside. And when you do find someone, nobody knows anything about anything. They don’t try to be helpful either.

Prices to high

Today 1/4/24 the pharmacy tech release the wrong medication, the one touch glucose package was open and few things were missing, called Walgreens and waited over 2 hrs to talk to the pharmacy. No customer service, rude and very unprofessional.
Also the HCA hospital sent a prescription to walgreen which someone cancelled the order without notification.

The shortage of people in the pharmacy makes this Walgreens the worst of them all… take your prescription somewhere else and never look back

I don't understand the point of a 24 hour pharmacy that won't answer the phone for providers to send them medications. Management should really look into what the staff is doing on the night shift because it clearly isn't working.
