Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I’ve been in stores all around the state and I must say that this store is the ONE where you would find everything your are looking for. They do a great job keeping the store stocked and their customer service is the best. The Sales rep Jose extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about your success.

I thank Pedro for his assistance, he made our trips to the store pleasant with great customer service and was very helpful he deserves a raise, Thank you.

Quality paint

Came in to this location on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised it was opened. I was greeted by a kind knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Craig. Took the time to explain the different types of coating matched closest colour I needed. Super helpful. 👌 thank you Mr. Craig.

Opened a military account, got some expert advice on paint. Very very good experience. Great sales guy...didnt get his name :-( sorry...will be doing a home color consult soon. Thanks!!! I want that color match device to go on sale!!!

Hi! I went to the store looking for an alternative to the big box stores (HD & Lw's) and had the most pleasant experience ever...and it was also FUN! Justin is as good as it gets in Customer Service. He is knowledgeable, courteous attentive and very resourceful. He made my experience with paints and colors one I cherish for years. Its quite annoying that Justin is not at the store at all times cause Im local to Poinciana and have referred friends and family to see him and he ia not there all the time. I checked the matter myself and is true. You cant find him at all times. This is quite disappointing cause my friends and family go asking for him for consultations and advice and he happens not to be there. Justin is a great asset to this store. Im thinking he probably is a part-time employee. However if indeed he is, the management should take notice and expand his schedule. By not doing this they are definitely loosing business by not having Justin be physically at the store for morw hours.

The staff at this store is always friendly and helpful! I have also called in phone orders and they always have it ready when I arrive!

The employees are very helpful. They didn't try to sell me things I don't need and I appreciate that. They answered all of my questions.

Great customer service, fantastic support on your home projects including interior and exterior. Go at least give them a try, many items to choose from and a ton of ideas.
