I can't even beginning to tell you, this location, by far, is the best T-Mobile corporate location I've been too! Everyone was great but I have to give a SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to Gabriel, the man, the legend! 🤣 He went above and beyond to get all our issues resolved! Even came out and hooked mom's new phone to her vehicle! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! As a business owner, I commend this young man's customer service, THANKS GABRIEL! stay blessed!!

I was working with Monica and Lily and they made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked into the store. These two young ladies are a credit to your company and I hope they are acknowledged and commended for going above and beyond the call of duty concerning my transactions. No doubt they will generate a lot of money 💰 with their great public relations skills.

I would like to say Thank you to Gabriel. I’m a sprint customer and I had to update my SIM card and customer directed me to T-mobile and stated I could go to the nearest location. I went to the champions gate area. The associate didn’t have her badge on (heavy set ) but I remembered the manager Terrell was very nice. She was very rude and really didn’t try to help me. I asked for the directions and I came here to store 4370 and Gabriel went beyond the call of duty to support Me. I also had multiple promotions that I was able to use and received a apple I-Pad with key board and…. He took out the time to set up my new device ! Manger Maria and Staff were AMAZING! Thank you so much Team Kissimmee ❤❤Ms. Love ❤ ❤

Although there appear to be some negative views of this location, we cannot fault the service we received. We are from the UK and wanted to upgrade the phones we use here without losing our remaining credit.Darren and Maria were excellent and dealt with everything efficiently which took almost an hour. Thanks to both of them for the professional, friendly service.

First let me start off by saying Thank you to all the staff in this location but one mayor THANK YOU to ISABEL! My family and I had two bad experiences at other Tmobile stores and Isabel took care of us over the phone before having us drive to her location which is 48min from where I live. My family was very pleased and Isabel even stop going on break to take care of us and we even after the merger decided to order all brand new phones because of her loving, caring and hospitality! This GREAT customer service doesn’t get a lot of recognition and I wanted to put this here and let it be known of Isabel exceptional service and attention to my families needs!

The employees here are very nice, the store is always busy!! Denisse helped me and was great and very knowledgeable. They all work well together and help each other if they don’t have the answer. Top notch service!! Being in the customer service industry it’s very nice to see this treatment elsewhere!! Thank you to all that helped I was there two days in a row, Denisse helped me both times!!

The T-Mobile on John Young is closed until the first week of April, according to the contractors, so this is the go-to excellent staff very helpful.

Ann is amazing.. She went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having. Great personality and friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend you going to see her. Thanks Ann your the best. If there was more than. 5 stars I would give them to her. 😀 Very happy

A few weeks ago I went into this T-Mobile and they were very busy cause I noticed their aren't many stores available but I was then helped by an amazing employee named *Maritza* she was helping myself and another family she knew I was in a hurry so even under pressure and helping another person she remained calm and pleasant. She was fast and efficient I was on my way with a new and working phone.please recognize this employee for her dedicated work.

Paola customer service was off the chart. From the minute i walked into the store everyone there greated us with open arms. She walked me thru everything. That's the store to go. Thank you Paola

i just needed to upgrade my phone from S8 to 21 nothing more the employee tried to do all in her power to sell sell sell more i wasn't interested sorry I'm a simple person. it won't be till 4 more years till i renew again...

This store is the #1 for a reason. They have a team that believe and promote Team Work . Specially for consumers they understand and respect the consumers , customers. I love the the energy, knowledge, arrogant , and all different attitudes and characters of the store. MyTime there it was very enjoyable seeing everybody in Combined working for the same goal T-Mobile😍 good job

Enrique was very helpful & knowledgeable. I usually hate going to T-Mobile stores because of the wait but the process today was seamless and easy! 10/10!

Daniela Reyes is to be commended for her assistance in helping me to process my account to close it out. She has taking time to explain what it entails. Amazing customer service. Enrique was super helpful and kind. I went to change my screen protector and left with a better network service and a great experience free or charge!

This store is super clean everyone is super nice, I went today and Paola was amazing, super helpful and perching if you go ask for her.
