I received a mug sit in one of the mugs was broken. I emailed her and she got back to me immediately and sent me a replacement mug. It was fast and friendly I totally recommend!!

After recently traveling to Florida and stopping in this shop, my husband was very impressed with shorts we purchased. After a quick email, Amber assisted me and was able to ship more shorts to us. Great service!

I had a wonderful experience with FloridaGifts! I ordered the hard to find Sanrio Squishmallows from their site. Shipping and delivery was quick! The shipping is free in the U.S. and comes with tracking.

Also, they have great customer service! Grace, from their online customer service, helped me track down my order & tracking number when I couldn’t find the original confirmation email. When one of my orders arrived missing a squishmallow, she had it sent out with tracking immediately after a quick email from me!

Again, I was really impressed and grateful to Grace and FloridaGifts for the positive shopping experience and excellent customer service!

Placed an online order Friday morning. Signed up to receive a discount and never got the email with the code. Received an email on Monday that my order was cancelled due to lack of stock. A little disappointed as I really wanted that item

I was notified on a Monday that my order couldn't be fully fulfilled. I had agreed to a partial refund and everything. Amber adjusted my order and gave a partial refund, and told me it will be ready to go by tomorrow (Tuesday) but, fast forward to Friday, I still haven't received any updates, so I had to email again to see if my order was shipped. Amber ended up telling me that they have picked my order, and put it aside, but someone else took my order to fulfill a different order and now it was out of stock. It would have been nice if they didn't get my hopes up twice regarding my order. Just tell me it's out of stock in the first place. Or if there was an issue, they should've told me/tried to fix in on Tuesday, instead of leaving me waiting for a tracking update for 4 days. Unorganized, bad communication. I had to reach out first for any kind of updates.

I used the USPS service here. They informed me that since I am using my card usps has an extra 50 cent charge. I asked them how is that possible that usps is changing extra fee that is dependent on your method of payment. I asked for the receipt and it shows "non inventory" item at 50 cents. If she would have said they have a processing fee for a card that would be fine, but to state usps is charging, that is fraudulent. I will take this up with USPS. The lady was very pleasant in the store I will give her that.
