I like going to Auto Zone,been going since my 20's. I've bought parts along my years and last year I bought everything for a complete brake job, a 2015 Patriot and brakes replaced in 2022. I couldn't by their top of the line Brakes system. Next time I will as I see the type I got was the economy ones. When I change oil and filter,I go in and go to where the used oil tank and do it on my own and they are cool with it and never told me I couldn't. I'm careful as to not trip over anything. I say thank you to all and they greet me back. Cool workers at the Davenport Store.

We had great customer service from Miguel. Extremely patient and understanding from our phone call to our in store visit. He took the time to test our car battery when I mentioned we were having some issues getting the car started. He also checked the alternator and starter to reassure us that all was okay!

Wonderful place to go every time I go they're very helpful these people will never do nothing they can't do for you they will always try their best and always be there for you if you need parts and trust me they took very good care of me and things that you wouldn't even imagine I trust others on a lot I've been going to them for more than 18 years

I received the best customer service at this from Sarik! I was really overwhelmed because I could not change the bulb on my headlight and she went above and beyond to assist me. This store is in my neighborhood and it is always clean and organized. I will always shop at this store because of associates like Sarik. She is awesome!!

I walked in I needed a battery replacement for my key fob and a highbeam headlight light changed. Saraix P was amazing went above and beyond then what I expected. She did it all and took care of me. She deserves a raise. Amazing service quick and fast.

I showed up a little before they closed with major headlight issue. Isaias and Saraix worked out the problem, and were able to get my headlights running again despite it being after store hours. Great staff and great customer service, thank you.

Pretty much always have what I need, and if they don't, they can usually get it the next day or another store already has it.

This location is awesome. The manager did a great Job helping me out with out problem. 10 Stars. We’re from Cleveland and she made it a safer trip back home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
