Amazing service. John had me in and out within a few minutes when I had no idea what I wanted, they're all very knowledgeable. Super friendly staff, always stocked with the things I need, always a great experience. Can't recommend enough.

This store is one of most well rounded I have been to. John, the manager, has been rocking it with whatever crew he has forever! If you want a constant familiar face and a great experience, definitely stop here!

Very clean store with very knowledgeable employees I've been coming here for years and I have to say John (the manager) is always on top of it when I have any questions and makes the place feel welcoming every time I enter the store the current staff make this store my go to smoke shop I pass by at least 3 others just to see my people.and if you And if any of you see this you are killing it keep it up guys

I’ve visited 7 stores in west Michigan this location is by far the best one. Always pretty full in stock and most rad, friendly workers!

Great service, Brock helped me find the rolling papers I needed and was answering all my questions to help get the products I was looking for.

Brock provides an amazing, insightful experience I have ever had in a smoke shop. Buffalo wild bills will now be my go to tobacco shop

While they didn't carry the specific item I was looking for, they blew me away with their selection and service.

They even told me where I could get parts for my older devices. That, in my opinion, proves that they care about total customer satisfaction.

I will be a regular customer from now on.

I wanted to write this review for the Gull Road location ONLY...they have a great selection of cigars and the humidor is kept at a really nice 70% RH, the smokes are ready to go right when you get home.

I recently went to the West Main location where I had a not so good experience, came home with cigars that were almost un-salvageable, brought them to the gull road location and spoke to the manager (who was super nice and understanding) she called the owner who admitted that the West Main location had some humidifier issues in the previous weeks and had the manager give me my full money back on the smokes I purchased at the separate location and was more than willing to replace them. She even offered to bring in a box of cigars that I was inquiring about even though I only wanted a few! This is the kind of customer service that is going to keep me coming back. I only wish more of their employees were half as nice and knowledgeable as her! She was a pleasure to work with! Kudos!

The employees are awesome! They go out of their way to make customers happy. If UPPER management/ceo whoever it is, took customer satisfaction as seriously as the Gull rd employees do, there would be no stopping that place

I go in about once a month to get tobacco & tubes at the Gull Rd store. Staff always friendly & helpful, store nice & clean. They could improve their selection on cigarette cases though, I dont like the plastic ones and they dont have much choice on styles. Probably just not enough room but get rid of some of the plastic to make room.

They got the stuff to roll that green, good selection of leaves, cones, rellos and wraps

Pretty awesome place inside if you're a vapor there's a selection and a huge variety of flavors they now sell CBD oil which I like a lot it comes in the oils that drop under your tongue or you can get it in Vape or you can get it in the suckers there and the people that work there are helpful and friendly they have good prices every one day you get half off and that's a good deal

Got me a vapor thing n haven't smoked a cigarette yet. Great stuff friendly employee n quite knowledgeable about all the porridge we asked about. Great experience
