I walked into this location 10 minutes before closing time and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. There was an associate Chris L who took his time and went over the prices and information on a laptop I was looking to purchase. I didn’t feel pressured and he made sure I understood about the product I was going to buy. I went ahead and purchased the laptop because he was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He definitely deserves the recognition!!! Great experience with him as well as at this Best Buy!!!! If you go into the store and need something in electronics definitely look for Chris L!!!

An Extra Ordinary quality store. All kind of things are available here. I visited it around 4th of July so plenty of articles are in sale. I like that. Video games, cell phone and other daily use things in life were here in good price.

I went to the Geek Squad desk with questions about transferring data from my current laptop to a new laptop. Not only did David answer my questions, but he showed initiative by asking me questions so that he better understood what I wanted. As a result, I learned more about the process and how it would affect me. I am very pleased that Best Buy hires such competent, proactive, and helpful Geek Squad members.

Found some excellent Black Friday deals there yesterday. Lines aren't too long. This Best Buy is always well staffed and well stocked. Conveniently located in Waterford lakes.

I wanted to give a shoutout to an Auto Tech from Geek Squad Brandon Williams! He was very professional and down to earth with me, and extremely speedy too. Got my car radio installed and was just all around a great experience, would highly recommend.

Geek Squad is knowledgeable and attentive. When my laptop kept failing, hard drive, ram, and processor they tried everything they could, and eventually helped me look for a new laptop and transferred my data. I have the full service and protection plan.

Friendly staff. A little bit of a wait Friday night but their queue system seems to work well. I only waited for maybe 10-15 minutes to be helped. I purchased a VR system. The return process was easy too… turns out I get motion sickness and can’t play in VR 😵‍💫

I've purchased a variety of items from this Best Buy, including a laptop, mouse, keyboard, tablet, phone, air fryer, and many more. Most of the time, I've found the staff to be friendly, and I have no complaints so far.

A good store with decent inventory. Plenty of employees to help the customers. You can find most electronic related items here 90% of the time.

This place has some extremely friendly and helpful employees and they in store management is always awesome and willing to help you with any questions or concerns

I went to this store to get information about the group formerly known as the Geek Squad and wall mounted TVs. As I entered the store, I was greeted by “Andres”. He very politely and professionally asked me if he could help me. When I told Andres what I was looking for, he proceeded to walk me to the the various sections of the store that dealt with what I was asking about. He didn’t just leave me in those sections alone…..he made sure to introduce me to the store representatives that worked in those areas. I was very impressed with his dedication to helping the customer have a successful visit. In my opinion, he is an outstanding, dedicated, and intelligent asset to the store!
