Plant and Madison went above and beyond in helping me find the right sizes in store and online. I’ve been to this location before and never had a bad experience in general but tonight they made me feel really comfortable as I went to the fitting rooms a couple times and had to swap out items. They were really kind and welcoming. Great location!

Josselin is AMAZING! She has phenomenal customer service and was very patient. She also has great fashion taste and understand - both of which helped find what I was looking for so quickly. AE please this Queen a raise and promotion! She’s district management material ☺

Aside from AE making great clothes that actually fit my wife and me. This store in particular has a great staff. We visited after the recent reopening due to covid-19 and the place was spotless. They have a mask policy which we totally appreciate. But the staff didn’t use this as an excuse to ignore customer service. They still helped us with fitting, and ordering items that they did t have in stock. Great experience!

The staff are super helpful and always make sure you are taken care of, not to mention their jeans are out of this world. I always come here when I’m in the area, it’s a nice environment and I like how they have a hand sanitizing station now!
