This business has to be the next forbes miracle if not already. Almost a self serve. Please continue to have more holiday sales! We got the three wick candles for 50% off...the wall scents for $3.50...then addtl 20% off the total...glad we didnt miss this sale. We will be back for more.

The store is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you have coupons or salsa prices when buying. They even let you combine the coupon with the sale price.

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works at Waterford Lakes! No one bothers me when I just want to smell things and enjoy myself, and I do enjoy myself! I try to always give this location my business. Recently I had an issue picking up a BOPIS order and they were very accommodating, even though it was a busy weekend sale day. I LOVE the manager Mary and Angie as well. I couldn't try to remember everyone's names here, but Robin is the most amazing associate, and Megan who often does BOPIS fulfillment is so wonderful too. Sam, Meredith, Lorelei, the two guys that I forget their names- and several other associates there are all fantastic! The managers are polite to their staff, which I appreciate and notice. I purposely go to this location because it's like shopping with your besties. They always go and search to find what you are looking for if you can't find it. They make the store so beautiful as well. If you have a problem with a product, I find them to be very fair and helpful, and not make the customer feel needlessly uncomfortable. They treat you the same whether you are just picking up 1 lotion, or are loading up with a crate of candles. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they ask one of their team members. They are polite and friendly and I trust their opinions often, because it doesn't seem like everyone likes every single product (not realistic!). Nothing is worse than going to a store where you sense people really dislike being there, and that's not the case at BBW Waterford. It's just fun to go here!! I believe Bath and Body Works wants their customers to be happy, if this location is any indication... I might not be happy all of the time with some of the changes the company itself makes, but these people and this location are a shining example of why Bath and Body Works is successful. Recommended 5 stars!!

I love going into this store! Usually, when I enter places that sell aroma-related things, I feel overwhelmed because of the strong smell . However, here they have a perfect balance, so it is a great experience every time :)

I love all the products at this place, yes a bit pricy but it’s worth it, also they have many scents if you don’t like strong or weak scents. The staff members are so sweet they always ask me if I need help with anything. Love this place soo much!

Awesome experience Dacia the cashier assisted me and my sister she was extremely nice and super sweet! Robin was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. I love bath and body works but having outstanding customer service like this just makes it that much better thank you!

Everyone was so nice and I felt so comforted while shopping here! I couldn’t find a candle my friend wanted for her birthday and two of the girls helped me find it and informed me of the promotions they were having that day. Way better than the other BBW next to the Mall!

Always a good experience at Bath and Body Works! Friendly staff, sanitizing station, they are only allowing 60 people at a time in the store so there was a little wait but not bad at all. I went for the wallflower sale to stock up on my favorite scent, Gingham. 🥰
