Very helpful. But for shoes they don't have a size fitted. So you best know your exact size

We order from this location online at least two to three times a week. Their pricing is on par with other vendors. Their location is super convenient. Their staff, both in person and on the phones, are very polite, helpful and professional. I recommend Grainger on Lee Rd to everyone.

Even though Grainger was not able to help me with what I needed; Tara gave me her undivided attention and tried alternate solutions. I needed 1 bushing / set screw but I guess the threads were a difficult match.

I've picked up a few online orders at this location and the staff is always very friendly and inviting. The store doesn't have what I need, but they receive shipments so quickly from their warehouse that I can't complain.
