Kroger

Was out of town at the George Marshall Foundation at VMI. My glucose monitor came off my arm, and I called them to see if they could help. By the time I got out of my class, I had a monitor!! Very friendly and so helpful!!

Mr. Firebaugh is a great addition to this store. The young men working are always nice and polite. Yes, it's small. Yes, the parking lot is small. Don't believe there's much that can be done about that. The people are super friendly and that's, to me, what counts.

I have lived here for most of my life and have had years of experience shopping at the Lexington, VA Kroger to compare quality/quantity of product, cleanliness and customer service. I can say with certainty that our local Kroger is not only doing well, but exceeding in excellence in all three categories even when faced with many challenges over the last year! No establishment has ever been perfect and especially this will be the case during a WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC! Please be reasonable and patient and above all — grateful for the faithful few who show up and get the job done! Keep up the good work and I will continue to shop here as I have done so for the last 30 plus years!!

I love this particular Kroger. It's a bit smaller than others, but it has everything that I need. It's clean and well organized. The entire staff is just outstanding! Management, clerks and baggers are so very nice and very friendly. Staff on the floor are ready to answer questions, and to check stock if shelves are not stocked with items that I need.
The best part though is that I am recognized and warmly welcomed from every employee I am in contact with. Well done Lexington Kroger!

Great place to get everything for your food needs the meat dept. is excellent one of a few places that still cut the meats if you ask them for a 3 inch thick steak they will cut it for you the Deli is top notch as well I really have no complaints one of the best super market's I have gone to

Super easy to find from the KOA-Natural Bridge. Reasonable prices. Great selection. Close to all fast food and things. Glad we were able to stock up and grab some things during our vacation.

Angie and Willie are 2 of your best customer service representatives. They are pleasant and consistently helpful and go out of their way to meet the customers needs.

my brother got scolded for wanting to buy things with too much sugar and I lived for it. also these dudes were having a meeting around cupcakes??? very nice and tall people too.

We were looking for organic Avocados and only few left out. They went to the back and brought a box full of fresh ones. They were very accommodating!

I love this Kroger's. Easy to find things and the produce department is always well stocked. The meat department is too. They have a nice wine department.

I love shopping in this store! Staff is extremely friendly, store is always clean. Amazing fresh fruit and vegetable choices!

Excellent got 2 spiral sliced smoked brown sugar hams that cost over 75 dollars for less than 24 dollars tax included.

Note: applesauce is not located with the canned/jarred fruit! It is located an isle or two over with the fruit snacks! Lol, other than that, this store is awesome!

This Kroger store on Lexington is awesome. Very friendly. Clean, well stocked, courteous. Always a pleasure to interact with these folks.
