Jesse, the office manager is amazing, helpful and kind. Elizabeth Miller LVT, is impressive in her knowledge and professionalism.
Dr. Ryan takes the time to listen and is very thorough and caring. She quickly diagnosed my dog's issues after I spent over a year at other practices attempting to find a solution. I would not consider taking my dog or cats any where else. What a great crew - scores 10 for my experience at this animal hospital. Thank you sincerely to all.

Have been taking my dog and cat here for about 2 years. Both of my pets are anxious around people, and the staff does an excellent job of accommodating this. The doctors on staff are also the best in town, in my opinion. Not only do my pets receive excellent care, but I am also educated on my pets health and wellness. The doctors on staff are great at explaining medical jargon in a way that makes sense to me, because of this it helps me make the most informed decisions about my pets' care.

Absolutely love the staff & veterinarians at this office. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, & make you feel like a part of the family from day one! They are so accommodating & go above and beyond before, during, & even after your visit. We are so thankful to have found this trusting veterinarian clinic to care for my heelers! Lexington Animal Hospital goes above and beyond every single visit. The entire staff is so thoughtful and committed to making sure that my dog is comfortable and cared for during her time there. They are incredibly meticulous and strive to always provide the absolute best care.

We were on vacation when our dog needed to be seen and cared for. The Dr. and staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. The Dr. cared about our dogs comfort and well-being, that she assessed our dog outside and in their lobby when he was becoming very stress due to his pain in the exam room. You can tell that this place has the dog's safety and staff's safety at the forefront which says a lot these days. The Dr. sat with us and showed us our dogs results. I called the next day and checked on his other test and they remained consistent with their service in helping us. In addition, the Dr. got on the phone with us to review the next steps. . I was visiting my in- laws and my Ivy cut one of her front paw pads. Called first thing on Monday morning and they gave me an appointment at 1:20 the same day. Got to the hospital and after brief paperwork took us right back to an exam room.
Everyone was very nice and Dr Mollie made me feel great about the care I had provided Ivy until I could bring her in. They wrapped up her paw and gave me meds and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic. Hopefully we will not have a reason to go back but if the need ever arises I will go back here.

Very compassionate while caring for our pets. The doctor and technicians are thorough with examinations and addressing our concerns. The front office staff always make us feel welcome and comfortable during our visits.

I came in with a ton of questions about dental work for my kitties, Meghan recommend dental cleaning for one cat, she took time to explain the blood test results (which is needed prior to teeth cleaning) and the cleaning process. I never felt rushed during my visit. I trust her professional judgment and would recommend Lexington Animal Hospital.

Dr Ryan is extremely helpful caring and knows her stuff. My cat was very sick when we first moved here. After several visits and much time, we finally were able to get my cat back to better health thanks to Lex animal hospital. The front staff is just ask kind and caring.

Dr. Ryan and Dr.Molly take wonderful care of our pets. I've lost two with Dr.Ryan the care, comfort and compassion she shows is Extraordinary. She truly loves each and every pet that comes thought her door. If there is a way to save it she will.
Then I have a two year old puppy she and Dr. Molly have cared for from day one, he's wide open he thinks he owns the Dr.s and staff he has been boarded there. I'm very safe with that, and he has been there several times and always came home fit as a fiddle!! 🐕💙🐕💙🐕💙👍 (plus grooming #1)

Every one we met was so caring. It was our first visit, picked them based on the great reviews. Our pup is rather anxious, but she took to this vet and her staff right away. First vet visit where she wasn't shaking and went in willingly. Wish we could find a people practice that was this efficient, kind, and caring.

Just an amazing clinic, the Doctor and staff are definitely on top and well a head of the game. Who take time to explain exactly what needs to be done, and all of your options. Staying up to date on all the new and improved treatments all the while keeping it a safe experience for the owners. Great job I'd give 10 🌟 if I could find that option.

Dr Meghan Ryan and the team at LAH are so welcoming that my pup didn't want to leave. Dr. Ryan took plenty of time getting to know my rescue pal and listening to my preferences and concerns as far as vaccines and medications go. When I asked her about a certain heartworm medication and whether I could reduce the dosage, she took the time to research it thoroughly and sent me a solid, trustworthy response. Highly recommended.

I've had too many wonderful caring experiences to list here, but I will share my recent experience as the doctors and staff at LAH continue to amaze me with every aspect of bringing my cats in for a visit. One of my cats needed dental cleaning that turned into several tooth extractions. I had handled post-op care for spaying/neutering before, but this was different and I wasn't sure what to expect. When my cat wasn't showing enough interest in eating about a day after the procedure, I called the animal hospital and they had me bring him in just to check him over. I was able to get in quickly and they were able to confirm everything was healing well, gave him some wet food, an appetite stimulant to help, and a few cans of special recovery food for post-op pets. They didn't charge me for this follow-up visit that really put my mind at ease and helped me deal with the worry over whether or not my cat was recovering properly. Their recovery instructions were also very clear and part of the reason I called to just have him looked over. I just can't thank them enough for helping me care for my cats, every staff member or doctor I speak to is kind, attentive, and understanding. I highly recommend them!
