Otherwise I would not have a reason to go there and see what else they have!

I had checked Kohl’s app for a pair of Levi 501’s. The app showed in stock and priced at 49.99. When purchasing these pants at the register it rang up as original price. I explained to the cashier Julie that the app price was different. She went ahead and adjusted the price. She was extremely pleasant and has excellent customer service skills. Thank you princess Julie!!!

Store so messy you can't find sales. Can't find anything. Hendersonville Kohl's used to be so great. I found lots and lots of clothes. Must have a new buyer because the clothes were so ugly.

Placed an order online and it showed up at the store the next day. Pickup was a breeze and was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. Pretty nice to see all of the employees AND customers wearing masks. They even had someone stationed at the door making sure everyone follows the rules. The only downside there is that they don't carry nearly the selection of electronics that they used to carry. A lot of the inventory they had on hand was discounted pretty heavily. Maybe, they'll ramp it up for Christmas.

I did back to school shopping for the grandkids. They loved their new clothes.

I needed a new watch to wear at work. I went to the jewelry counter and asked the lady working there where to find them. She showed me and I picked out 2 that I liked. I decided to buy both since they were on sale. They even had someone to take the links out so it will fit me. They were both great but I do not know their names to give them a shout out.

Great buys on sale items. Easy to exchange, return items and they are even set up to take returnable items for Amazon (after you process it through Amazon). I love to shop on line. The site automatically uses your discounts and Kohls cash at checkout and ships quickly.

I just started working at the Hendersonville Kohl's about 3 weeks ago. Everyone is welcoming and committed to making the customers needs their 1st priority! Great place, great selection in-store and online!

Lovely place to shop. If you're in the market for personal needs or a gift, you'll likely find something here. Reasonable prices & always a sale happening. Plus, most of the time, they have 'kohls cash' which is a good way to get money back on the purchases you've made to come back & spend at a later date. They always have some sort of deal that makes you think you've saved money in some way. I always love to shop here

I went to drop off an Amazon return and stayed to shop and take advantage of the 25% discount it gave me. I always find good deals at Kohl's in person and online but what struck me was that the staff were all masked and courteous, and there were clear markings for which way to move to stay socially distanced.

Someone at the front was cleaning all the carts. The store had a reasonable number of people in it and no one got too close to me. It was refreshing after Kroger, Walmart, and every other retail venue I've been inside since the pandemic began. They're doing the best with a bad situation and I wish other stores were too.

They completely revamped the whole store and it looks much better. The organization is clearly better than before.

Cashier was very sweet and helpful but she had no help whatsoever. She asked for backup multiple times and no one came to assist her. She was getting behind and customers were being rude to her because the store was understaffed. Ms. Nancy, the 5 stars are for you.

Well I went in Kohl's because they had a Sephora within the store. And they had name brand perfume and cologne like Calvin Klein, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci and they had some smaller sizes at these places at a fraction of the price.

This trip was to exchange a a couple items my wife bought without me there to try on, found exactly what we needed in the correct sizes. The young lady at the exchange counter was a delight, even with all the Covid-19 precautions in place.
It has to a pain with a mask, gloves, and all the cleaning between customers, but you couldn't tell by the professional way we were treated. Two thumbs up to her!!!

Ms. Ramoma stopped what she was doing, listened to me, and got me exactly what I wanted even though I wasn't sure what I wanted. I understand that's her job, but she actually went above in assisting me in finding the perfect necklace for pictures we had made. I will happily drive to Hendersonville instead of Hermitage next time I need to go to Kohl's!
